Jimmy is an outstanding professional, very responsive and knowledgeable! I've been using his services for many years and I highly recommend him as he was always able to immediately troubleshoot the issue, find the best solution, order parts etc.

Great professional service that arrived on time as promised. Jimmy's explanation of the system and diagnosis of the issues shows great knowledge regarding air conditioning. What more could you ask for?

Had a gas furnace that would turn on and then turn off immediately. Had another local give an eval initially, but that guy said I had to replace the whole furnace unit. No way I would commit that quickly without a 2nd or 3rd opinion. So I called Jimmy up for a Saturday inspection to give his opinion. He was quick and tried different things to see what was wrong. Eventually he noticed that the flame sensor plug got corroded and after a minor rub down, the furnace stayed lit. No bs, just workman-like.

Several months ago they replaced a defrost heater in my fridge and charged a lot $$$ to install. A month later it stopped working. I then bought my own defrost heater and relaced it myself - it's been fine ever since. I suspect they installed a used part to save themselves a little money. Thy are the worst.

Tenant called at 8 am that the heat stopped working. Called Jimmy, he made an appointment at 11 showed up and repaired the unit. Great service, really easy to talk to you.

Jimmy stuck to the appointments we made, correctly diagnosed the issue with my furnace, and was able to conduct a speedy repair. Would recommend.
