Had a gas furnace that would turn on and then turn off immediately. Had another local give an eval initially, but that guy said I had to replace the whole furnace unit. No way I would commit that quickly without a 2nd or 3rd opinion. So I called Jimmy up for a Saturday inspection to give his opinion. He was quick and tried different things to see what was wrong. Eventually he noticed that the flame sensor plug got corroded and after a minor rub down, the furnace stayed lit. No bs, just workman-like.
Several months ago they replaced a defrost heater in my fridge and charged a lot $$$ to install. A month later it stopped working. I then bought my own defrost heater and relaced it myself - it's been fine ever since. I suspect they installed a used part to save themselves a little money. Thy are the worst.
Tenant called at 8 am that the heat stopped working. Called Jimmy, he made an appointment at 11 showed up and repaired the unit. Great service, really easy to talk to you.
Not only did they come day of (other companies were 3 day wait), he solved the issue in 1 minute and would not take payment, during the pandemic. 10/10 will call again!
