PFO Heating & Air Conditioning

Quick and professional response to my request for service- thankfully same day!! My baseboard heater wasn’t heating due to an air lock in the pipes. We had no heat in the whole upstairs! Ron, the heating specialist called prior to arriving at my home, on time. He quickly went to work and had my system fixed in no time. Ron and Princeton Fuel are professional, knowledgeable, polite, conscientious, and expeditious. The only company I will ever call for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you for being there everytime I need service.

PFO replaced my air conditioner and they were very professional, fast and efficient. Their quote was 40% below the “in-town” Princeton HVAC contractors. Highly recommend these people.

Tom M stopped by this morning to service my furnace and was a pleasure to work with. He did an incredibly thorough job cleaning our flues and kept me in the know with everything he was doing. A true professional.

Casey was fantastic -- he was so patient with me and answered all of my (many) questions; the permitting and installation was smooth and trouble-free, and we are VERY happy with the products: a oil-to-gas conversion for our HVAC and water heater. The price was the most reasonable among the six (yes, I'm thorough) options we explored, each of which had quality people and companies, but none matched PFO. Thank you!!!

Ron was responsive and engaging. He explain what was happening with my HVAC and didn't mind me asking questions. Ron repaired and told me how to keep my HVAC running in good condition. I would definitely use PFO again and requst Ron.

I could not be more happier with the service and treatment I received from Ron and the entire staff at PFO. First off I called a lot of other companies and they all wanted to rob me blind. After getting a reasonable quote I made the appointment and Ron came with a smile and friendly disposition like greeting a old friend and asked me what was happening and how could he help. He was honest and showed me where the real problem was fixed it and taught me how I can fix and prevent minor problems in the future. First impressions are really important and thanks to Gary and Ron they just made a customer for life. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service, me and my family are really grateful.

Just used them again and after 2 years the service is still the best. It was greeting an old friend who was genuinely happy to help. Honestly there are very few companies that have such a high level of customer service and treat you like a human being and I stand by my previous statement that Ron and this company are the best.

Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what I wanted to know, and worked diligently the entire time he was here. Even though this was a service call under warranty, he did not rush , but instead was very engaged in his process. I was very pleased with the entire work service, and the calm and funny demeanor Jeff displayed!

I have used PFO for years. They are always courteous and professional, from start to finish. I have never had a bad experience with their service. Their prices are more than fair, and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I would like to update this review. Recently needed service to repair my broken heating unit. They arrived early the next morning, resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. My home was built in the 1850's. Needless to say the heating system was unique. PFO just completed the conversion from Oil to Gas. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the work and would highly recommend their services.
