Have had a good experience with the company over about 20 years from new system installation, oil to gas conversion and yearly maintenance. Even when the news is not positive, system at end of life, the technician provided clear helpful information and initiated contact required to investigate replacement options.

Update, Ron and helper came out to work on three additional projects. Again very professional very friendly and knows his stuff inside and out did amazing work again!

Update: a year later runs back out putting on a humidifier on the furnace. Not even here half a day old stuff's gone new stuff's in he walked me through how it works what to do. Ron is absolutely the best don't let him ever retire.

From Casey's initial visit to evaluate our HVAC system to installation by Chris, Tom and their able apprentice, the whole experience was a good one. Casey took the time to design and explain a Carrier system that would be appropriate for our situation. The installation team was professional and thorough and the new system functions well. All four guys were great to work with and, because of them (and our new Carrier system), I recommend PFO wholeheartedly.

Casey Gainey and his crew at PFO did a great job of installing our new gas-powered whole-house boiler. This was a multi-step process - he and the team were there for us at every step - all certificates were pulled, all inspections were easily passed, and we now have a brand new, compact, efficient boiler. The entire team was highly skilled, professional, accurate, courteous, on-time and reasonably priced. 5 stars!

Turn around time on work order was less than 24 hrs. Services were exceptional.

Ron and Tyler provided excellent service. They were successful at troubleshooting. Our home was left in very clean condition. And we request Ron and Tyler for the part replacement work, when the part arrives.
