AC would not come on at all. Contacted Chris got quick response and an appointment by next day. He check all systems and got AC running again turns out something electrical with emergency switch. Very friendly and professional only charged service fee, Would use him again.

I called Home Allegiance when I woke up on a 14 degree Monday morning in January with NO HEAT! The furnace was non-functioning and the house was cold and getting colder! Ugh!
Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. However, the diagnosis he gave me was grim with major parts needed for the repair. Parts that nobody had in stock due to the COVID-related supply chain issues. Possible two month wait for the parts...I had to wait it out with a couple of space heaters Chris had loaned me.
Chris kept me updated on the parts during the wait. I searched online as well for any possible leads on the elusive parts (a blower motor and control board). We were on many suppliers' waiting lists...waiting for that call!
Finally, a little over two months later, the part arrived. Chris had everything installed and the furnace up and running in less than an hour. It was a pricey repair but I was so glad to finally have heat again!!
Chris and Allegiance Heating made my furnace ordeal a lot easier to take. Especially with the loan of oil-filled space heaters to keep my place warm while waiting for the parts to be back in stock.

Am a new homeowner and this is my first time using my heating system. I wasn’t getting heat upstairs and just a little downstairs. Chris responded to my request . He came the same day and took me through everything that was wrong with my heating system. He really knows his job and was very polite too. He suggested a few things that I need to replace . Last Friday my aircondition broke on one of the hottest days of the year so far.
I called several companies but nobody was able to come out until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Home Allegiance Heating and Air did not have any appointments available however they promised to send someone out after hours. Chris the owner of Home Allegiance arrived before 6 PM , earlier than expected , diagnosed the problem correctly and fix the issue on the spot. Thank you Chris for saving us that day!

After attempting to repair our defunct gas/hot air unit that was long past its life expectancy, Chris installed a new top of the line replacement. The improvement was immediate, and I love the new thermostat we can control with our phones.

They came out right away and fixed the heating the same day - on Christmas Eve! Chris was very professional and prompt - he offered several options for our repair. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely use them again.
