He methodically took my unit apart and repaired what was needed without over charging me for work or parts that was not needed to get the unit back on line. Chris has earned the loyalty and trust of our entire family and we look forward to using him for future replacements and upgrades.

    My 90 year old mother's AC suddenly started blowing hot air in 90+ degree heat. Of the 3 companies I frantically googled and called, Home Allegiance was the only one that actually answered the phone. The woman who answered was so incredibly professional and compassionate to the urgency I was feeling and was able to schedule someone to come out and look within the hour. The repair guy Chris Rabbi started texting me updates and told me when he was en route. He was able to diagnose, fix, and have cold air back on just shy of an hour and half of my initial call. The quick service is unparalleled!

    Chris arrived on time minutes after calling his company for furnace repair. He explained what was wrong and instead of taking my money he explained that the bad gas valve should be covered under warranty. He was honest and knowledgeable. Great guy, great company.

    What a great company. So thorough! My husband could t be here when they were finishing up so Chris took a video to show him how the humidifier in our system works and sent it to him. They work so hard and I am so impressed. Highly recommend!

    Chris stopped by our place. Changed a capacitor that took 30 mins and charged us $420. Blows my mind. I feel taken advantage of. We even have a warranty with Goodman that Chris can look up right there himself and did not. Warranty covers parts. Capacitor was priced over $300 with y’all. When you can get them for under $50 and for free with warranty we’re under.

    I am so impressed with Chris & Eric, the team who came to my house, investigated the problem, identified the problem,& then worked to fix it, never giving up, even when problems arose.

    My heater had stopped working. I was hoping I had a minor problem, but I needed a new heater, pump & thermostat. They installed it all &was alway cheerful.

    In the end, they stuck with the original price they quoted even though additional work had to be done like new vents had to be installed.

    I would not hesitate to get Home Alliance again should the need arise.
