This is the first time using King George and they were great. The technician was very punctual, even calling me just before he got to my house. He explained everything he was doing and even made suggestions.

I have been using King George for plumbing issues for a number of years now and I’ve always been given quality service. They do things the right way and provide expert guidance. Everyone that has come to my home from King George has had the utmost expertise and professionalism. More recently, Joe was at my home and was professional, kind, understanding, and did the job perfect! Whenever I call King George they are always very accommodating and I feel assured that they will fix whatever is wrong. Similarly, when something isn’t wrong and I need an upgrade I know I can count on them to lead me down the right path. I highly recommend King George.

I had a clog but also an old cast iron pipe in basement ready to give out. The two representatives suggested a fix and after further discussion I decided to also add in a new utility sink by washer since overflow pipe there had long been an issue. Everything was completed under 4 hours. They cleaned up and the price was fair. Very satisfied.

Their response time was great I call them at 7AM and they had a repair crew here by 10 AM. I have and annual contract with them and the service is outstanding.

The answering service was not helpful at all but once I spoke to the office they were quick to assist. The work was done promptly and done well.

Absolutely horrible company with a more horrible owner. He's extremely arrogant and at the end of the day he doesn't care about the paying customer. The prices they charge for anything is absolutely outrageous and you'd be a fool to hire them. Stay away from this horrible company!! This company totally blows.

Had a problem with heater. Called king George and they responded immediately. Once they figured what the issue was they needed to come back with new pieces that they went to get so I didn't have to wait.

We were very happy with the prompt, friendly, professional services and with the quality products and installation. We really appreciated the two portable a/c units you lent us until the job was finished. The only problem we had was where a piece of wall came off when the tape was removed from the temporary ductwork. We will use your services again in the future! Thank you, Susan and Larry Joseph
