My air conditioner failed: June 11, I had it evaluated, and it needed condenser and air handle replaced. Send many request for estimates. The only response in minutes was from, Home Depot, Nina from SDN AIR GROUP called me within 30 minutes, impressive. It get better. She had a person in the area and could be at my house in 30 minutes.and Hunter arrived shortly after and did an evaluation of my system and agreed, it should get replaced. It took 40 min or so after going up in attic for the estimate. It was a fair estimate considering all that needed to get done, new flooring in attic and lighting. I agreed because navigating on rafters is dangerous in dark with flashlights.
They gave me a fair price and I said I would get back with them.
Later that day they called and said they could install it tomorrow due to cancellation. I said ok, worked out finances. The crew of Five arrived next day ,worked through a down pour and by the end of the day I had a 3 Ton Carrier air conditioning system installed.
The crew, all very professional, I herd lots of sirs and utmost respect within the installers.
Local installers said it would take several weeks A/C installed. I am totally satisfied with the SDN Air Group.

Where do I even begin! SND Air Group is the most efficient, affordable, professional, and honest company I have ever hired. I woke up to having no AC and called SDN Air Group immediately. I spoke with Nina who was so pleasant and reassuring. Nina and Eddie made my concern a priority. The crew arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and had great customer service skills. They where very informative and installed a brand-new unit in a timely manner. I will 100% be calling when needed and I will be sure to refer SDN Air Group to others. We were very impressed with the service SDN Air Group provided - Split AC/Heat Pump install. They were efficient, punctual, and courteous. We would highly recommend them to family or friends.

We are so happy we found SDN! Eddie, Nina and their team are true professionals and they really care about the work they do. Back in Oct 2022 our 25 year old AC system stopped working and then early April 2023 the furnace part of the system stopped working so it was time to replace it. We called SDN on a Tuesday (hottest days this year) so Eddie and his Team came by on Wednesday and gave us a quote plus confirmed they had all the parts in stock from Carrier (the best home heating/ac system you can install) so they were ready to install everything on Thursday. I gave them the ok and they came by on time! (which is rare in the construction industry). They had a team of people working on dismantling the old system and properly installing (to code) the new system. Eddie the owner showed up several times during the install and he showed me the quality parts they were installing and explained the whole process to me. It’s been a few weeks since the install and we are very happy with the performance of our efficient, quiet, wifi enabled and fast heating/ac system.

I use this company to replace my old heating system and i couldn't been more happier, with the results. top quality parts on everything they replaced and more, they didn't cut corner on any part that they replace they made it look like a up grade. and also with procedure of the job very clean they cover the floor and whole baseman with carpet to avoid dirt or damage on floor. I fully recommend this company.

I have nothing but positive things to say about SDN Air Group, from their initial quote to the financing and then the installation and final followup. Nina, Ed, Wade and the entire crew were professional, timely, and easy to work with. They treat their customers like family. We had an entire house HVAC replacement done (two furnances, two new condensors, and all new ducting installed). Not to mention they made everything up to code including electric work and subfloor placement in our attic. The equipment SDN installed is top of the line made by Carrier. Our house has never been so warm. Oh - not to mention the work was all done on the coldest week of the year and while we had a 2 year old and 4 week old baby at home. They were so kind to us all! We highly recommend them!

I can't put into words how satisfied we are with SDN Air Group's work! We (my wife and I along with our 1 year old) had an old furnace that broke with the weather being very cold outside, and Elmedin and his crew moved everything around in order to get us a new furnace in 1 day time so our baby is not cold! This company cares about you as a person, rather than just seeing you as a customer. On top of the great work they did, they have yearly maintenance and a great warranty. We are so happy we don't have to worry about our furnace for the next 10+ years! Cannot recommend highly enough!

SDN Air Group installed a central air conditioner in our home. Within a few days Eddie quoted us a competitive price, had everything measured and installed. Installation started early and was complete before expected time. The team was very professional and respectful. Very honest company and will use again!
