Danny was very professional in helping us decide what type of system to install in our house. We decided on a Bosch mini split system. They installed it in one day. It looks very nice and is very quiet. We know we are going to enjoy our new system. His team was very clean and experienced. Also he was very price competitive. We feel we got a great system at a great price. We would highly recommend Pacific to anyone looking to install a mini split.

We have been dealing with Danny for over 10 years and just recently upgraded 3 units in our home. It has always been a pleasure to deal with Danny and his crew. Everyone is very competent and professional. The units were installed well and they left the site in good condition. Danny is a very knowledgeable individual in the HVAC field. He came over my house to give me an estimate and the installation was done 2.5 weeks later. It was supposed to take 3 days, but they ended up finishing in 2.
They are the guys to call when you want a ductless mini split system and want it installed the proper way. I had gotten a few estimates for the installation, and even though Danny's price was higher, I was a lot more comfortable in working with him. It is the quality of work you pay for and you definitely do not want to cut corners when installing a ductless unit. I was very happy after the work was done, and I got my money's worth.
I recommend Pacific HVAC highly and if you are looking for a ductless mini split, you should only call these guys.

Danny was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable! We tried three other companies before finding Pacific HVAC and none could fix our problem. The other companies came multiple times, over charged and never actually fixed the problem. Danny came the morning after we called him, found the actual problem with our system and repaired it all in the same day! I've been working with Danny at Pacific HVAC for many years. He's done investment properties for me with multiple zones as well as my personal home. He does a fantastic job and takes pride in his work. He's very knowledgable and if he does the job, the job will be done exceptionally well. He recently installed two Mitsubishi One way ceiling cassettes and it came out fantastic in this classic cape home. I plan to add more units to the home and I'm looking forward to working with Danny again!

We have a fussy HVAC system (Fujitisu mini-splits) and they were installed poorly by a contractor. Many HVAC companies don't want to work on jobs installed by others, and if they do, are confused and can't cope. NOT DANNY! He came and reviewed the systems, we talked about strategies and ideas to solve the problems, and two days later he came back and with one of his guys did the work. We are up and running and Danny will be my go-to guy from now on. Professional and helpful and sensible. I highly recommend.

Danny’s technicians (the “Primos”) replaced my old furnace and aging, leaking AC condenser with a high efficiency heat pump system which included a new condenser, an air handler and two indoor floor units, all manufactured by Samsung. The two floor units provide additional heating/cooling to two upstairs south-facing bedrooms that are usually warmer than the lower level of the house. Danny came every day to oversee the work done by the technicians. The cost was not cheap, but it was not substantially higher than a quote I received from another contractor that included lower efficiency/lower rated equipment. Note - Material and equipment costs have risen substantially in just the last 4-5 months.

All indoor wiring for power and communications and conduit for refrigerant and drainage was wrapped and concealed in plastic. All outdoor wiring and conduits were covered with slim duct. The installation and all modifications made look very clean and professional. Danny is very detail oriented and takes great pride in the quality of the work. I did not find anyone more knowledgeable of the industry or with more experience in dealing and communicating with equipment vendors than Danny. I would highly recommend Danny and Pacific HVAC to anyone considering the purchase and installation of a heat pump system (standard split and/or mini splits).

Danny repaired my existing Fujitsu system a few weeks ago. In deciding how to approach the problem, Danny was thoughtful about designing a solution that was economical, functional and aesthetically pleasing. He presented various options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. During the installation process, Danny was detail-oriented, ensuring that each aspect of the job was installed perfectly, worked at its absolute best and looked clean and polished. He was very responsive, made follow-up visits to check the system and called to check in about how the system was working.

Danny and his team installed a Daikin system consisting of 5 indoor blower units mated to one 58K-capacity BTU condenser for my single family home. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with the installation work while providing a fair and reasonable price.
