I liked the owner of the company who gave us his estimate. He was easy to work with. The team who did the instillation was very clean and professional. The system has been working great and so far all is working well especially with the heat we are experiencing.

Excellent experience - service visit was performed by Kirk within the estimated time frame on the same day I called. It turned out to be a very quick and simple fix to get the central AC to work properly. I was not even charged any extra fee (in addition to the regular service fee plus tax quoted during the phone call). So, all in all, despite the Kirk's explanation in advance what possible costs might be incurred, it came out way cheaper than expected. Very happy homeowner. Will definitely call Allstate AC Co if there is a need in the future. Thanks Kirk!

From the quote process, throughout the installation to the completion of the job I couldn't have asked for the experience to have gone any smoother. They took care of the permit process and did everything they said they would. I had a lot of questions and the owner Fred and lead installer Gene took the time to answer all of them. My research made me decide to go with a Trane AC & heating system and Allstate's price was very competitive. The installation crew was top notch, did a great job, worked very neatly and got the job done quickly. If you're in the market for a new AC or heating unit I would not hesitate to recommend Trane equipment and would definitely recommend Allstate as a service provider.

Fred was extremely helpful in walking us through the process of picking the right system for our needs and he was able beat the other prices we had received. His crew was on time and clean and it has been cool in our home all summer. They have installed and serviced 3 systems in my home over the past 30 years and can only state that Allstate is reliable and has done a phenomenal job. They are prompt, courtious, and have kept us cool in the hot months snd warm in the cold winters! Could not recommend them more highly.

Allstate installed central air in our home, they did an excellent job, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up after themselves which was a PLUS!

First warm day of spring 2020 was a Friday, and our old a/c wasn't cooling. On a friend's recommendation, we called AllState and they were there by Saturday noon. They said that we had a small tree that had grown THROUGH the port where they'd check and manage the coolant. First guy tried to cut it out, but said he'd need to call his partner to do a good job. Partner came in an hour. Once it was cut away, we determined that my old coolant had leaked out (not due to the tree). Long story short, we decided to replace the whole unit (old unit was from 1993). They promised us 10 days later between 8 and 9am. They were there on time and finished the job the same day, as promised. The charge was what they promised. They were neat and friendly and gone by 3pm.

Allstate recently installed a new central air conditioning system in my home. Their crew was professional, friendly, and neat. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly. Look no further for an honest, reliable, local HVAC company.

We recently had AllState out to service our system, and they were easily able to fix the problem. I love that they offer maintenance contracts so we can be sure our system is serviced annually going forward. Highly recommend!
