sent them to my parents house for an outdoor faucet replacement. NOTE - there is no free estimate. It's either a costly service charge and moving forward with the job. First install caused a leak somewhere. They did come back quickly and guaranteed their work. Decent experience.

Contacted them for a leaky faucet. Was told that they could guarantee me a visit the next day but then got contacted a few minutes later to let me know a technician could stop by ASAP. Ahmed was super professional and really helpful. Would use them again.

Imad from EZ Flow Plumbing was very knowledgeable, he removed the old boiler and installed a new one with ease. He was on time, did what he said he was going to do, and made our experience very smooth.

I definitely recommend him and will be using him going forward. It's nice to know you have a great plumber with an excellent work ethic to call when you're in a time of need.

excellent plumber. highly experienced. on time. i have used his service so so so many times. always on time or answer me back immediately. very reasonable. always give me suggestion not to spend money where is not necessarily required. i wish i can give him more then 5 star. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with EZ Flow Plumbing & Heating since Imad did not show up for 2 scheduled service appointments to fix one of my steam radiators. Both times I waited 45 mins after the service appt was scheduled for. The first time he said he was waiting for his truck to be pulled out of the snow and the second time he admitted he just forgot. The first time was the Monday after the Jan 2016 blizzard, and normally I'd be sympathetic but I feel he lied to me by saying he was making calls all morning and that he was going to show when his truck was ready. However, when I called and identified myself, he didn't even know who I was. You would think one of your first calls would be to the first person on your schedule for the day and to not even recognize my name proved in my mind that he had just forgot. So I rescheduled for the next day, and again waited 45 mins after he was supposed to show. This time when I called he just admitted he forgot. It's unfortunate because I used Imad twice before (to fix my a/c and to replace the thermocouple on my furnace) and he was good with somewhat reasonable prices. I don't remember him having punctuality issues, but I also have a high tolerance for contractors/plumbers/electricians not showing up on time, but not showing up 2 times in 2 days is not acceptable. I will look elsewhere going forward.

Made a late night call to EZ Flow Plumbing regarding a pipe burst and Mark at EZ Flow showed up promptly the next morning to fix the problem. He was very professional, explained what needed to get done and was quick to repair our problem. Thank you!

Where do I even begin? We all know that googling for an experienced and reliable plumber who doesn’t overcharge can be a lot of work. I’ve gone through quite a few companies over the years and none has given me the confidence to give them a second call. I recently noticed a leak in the laundry room ceiling coming from the bathroom shower above it. Naturally, due to previous experiences, I was stressed out. Scrolling through the web, I happen to read reviews on EZ Flow Plumbing & Heating and decided to give them a try… I’m so glad I did!! Met Imad, who was very pleasant & knowledgeable in what he does. He explained the problem, the plan and the the amount for the job. He seems like a trustworthy guy. He will definitely be my plumber for any future jobs - which I have already consulted him about. If you want to free yourself from stress and guessing, call Imad!!

Furnace was firing sporadically and wouldn't stay on long enough to reach the proper temperature. Technician came out to diagnose. After some time he mentioned that given the age of the furnace and the parts required that it may not be possible to fix completely. Was told honestly about the situation and that it may require replacement. Although it could not be fixed directly that day, I appreciated the help. Would use again for any further services.
