I called EZ Flow to address a bathroom leak that is damaging the kitchen ceiling directly below it. Upon arriving the plumber immediately concluded the cause was a old caulking (from the previous owner). He advised that recaulking the tub would resolve the issue and we could do it on our own.

There had been no discussion of a service charge either over the phone or in person, but we were then charged $95 plus tax because we made the appointment “from Google”. I was then handed a business card and was told that if I had called that number the service charge would be waived. The number was the same one I got “from Google”.

So if you’ve read this far, don’t call the number on this Google page. Instead call the number on this Google page? I guess.

In regards to the service we were charged for, the plumber didn’t seem interested in investigating beyond running the water and listening for a drops hitting drywall, or in listening to us explain our experience with the worsening leak. There wasn’t even a discussion of what could be done to investigate further. After recaulking the tub as suggested we still have a leak causing damage to our ceiling.

In short they just didn’t seem interested in doing this job, but did collect a dubious service charge. (We are seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB in regards to this charge.)

This company is very reliable. They have no hidden charges and are very trustworthy. They are on time and very realistic. I would recommend this company to everyone. Their work is impeccable and very detail orientated. They are very friendly and will update you appropriately! Use them for your work!!!!!

I have been doing business with Ahmed from EZ Flow plumbing for a # of years and he has done many jobs for me. Have had excellent service from this business for years - cloggged pipes, leaky faucet, overflowing dishwasher, a/c repair, etc. Always courteous and on time. Some of these issues were on weekends, and prices were fair. Recently had Ali replace two faucets. A small issue was quickly rectified the next day, with a bonus add on thrown in for free. I have and will continue to recommend this family run business.

Technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. He showed me other discrepancies in my cooling system and offered to repair them at the time. He also looked at other items at no additional charge. I declined other work needed but appreciated his honesty. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent people to work with. 24/7 service. I had issues with my boiler, they came in on short notice. Helped investigate the problem and fixed it one step at a time.. not doing any major fix unless confirming with you about the charges. And also provide warranty for their work, which is great!

I called EZ Flow on a Sunday morning to repair the HVAC in my apartment after the landlord claims to be unable to find anyone. They were at the property early afternoon and the technician A Saleh identified the problem quickly. He was very professional and neat. Thank you.

Boiler pilot went out overnight. Called EZ Flow and Eddie arrived within the hour. Issue was relatively simple but he explained many other items that I wouldnt of known before. Appreciate his time and I will certainly keep them in my phonebook for future purposes. Thank you.

I called Ezflow because I had an issue with my furnace. They said they would be at my home with in the hour They did arrive with in that time. The plumber fixed my issue and showed me how to bleed the system I’ve had several plumbers in the past this company is by far number one in my book. I highly recommend this company. Five stars to Ez Flow
