ALL WEEK HEATING

My AC suddenly stopped blowing air, most importantly cold air despite the condenser and air handler seemingly working. Alex Q and his assistant came to troubleshoot within 3 hours of booking an appointment online. Alex was very professional, explained the underlying issues, and provided the options and risks associated with each decision. After the work was done we did a complete walk-through the house checking the temperature at each vent. Knowing that the fix that was done is almost certainly only temporary I am planning to engage Alex and this company for a system replacement. Long story short, the service was on time, very professional, educational for me without the rude selling pressure which I highly appreciate. I recommend this service.

This company is full of liars and scammers. They came to do our commercial HVAC, failed to fix it multiple times, did more damage to it. Took a down payment then changed the job mid job. Never fixed it. In that time they had a tech take a cash payment for a residential unit in the same building, did not fix it, he said he would return the payment, then he left town. When the manager was asked about it he said he didn’t know about it, to which I said that’s too bad but please get me in touch with the tech since he no longer answers his phone. The manager then said he WAS aware of the payment but was not going to refund it because his tech shouldn’t have done that. So basically they just take your money, stink at fixing Hvacs, lie, and have terrible customer service. We are pursuing them on multiple fronts now, and we now have to pay a reputable non scam company to do the repair they took money to do.

My furnace wasn't working. Alex Q came and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He even informed me of defects in my unit that could have been very problematic. He offered me fair and efficient replacement options and was able to perform the service the next day. He even checked over my second unit at no extra cost. Great pro, great person.

Joe, the tech who performed the work was professional and explained in detail the work he needed to do. While he was there, a thunderstorm broke out and he couldn’t do the work as our units are on top of the roof. He left and as soon as the storm stopped he come back to do the work. It was 95 degrees outside and extremely humid. But, he realized while inside the building that we needed the work done and he worked under these harsh conditions. We are grateful to him and so are our teachers and students. Thank you so much Joe!

Over the past few days I’ve noticed the temperature within my house started to feel hotter than being outside. 🥵 At first I thought it was because of the outside rising temperatures but then I realized I couldn’t even feel the pressure of the cool air pushing through the vents. Even though I had the thermostat set to 70, it was actually 78 degrees inside. 😓 I gave All Week Plumbing a call and received a call back from Romeo who responded to my residence in under an hour. After checking the unit from inside the utility room and outside where the vents are located, Romeo quickly noticed the outside system vents were clogged with dust and explained how I can avoid this from happening in the near future. He then cleaned everything up and things are starting to feel a lot cooler now. Thanks! 😃
