We would highly recommend Residential Air. Connor was so professional and detailed oriented. He talked to us about all the different options we had and explained everything making it very easy for us to chose there services. They did the job on time and also there was no wait they got us in the schedule and were on time and so neat and professional. Dave was the lead person and came over 1st to talk with us and make sure everything was answered and then his rest of his team came in after. Scott handled all the stuff outside and was so precise with his work so neat and accurate to make sure everything was in place. Shawn was also assisting and was very nice and made sure everyone had there supplies properly and cleaned everything up as they did there job. Connor also was there supervising and installing our Ecobee which we love and is so easy to work with and it's so convenient. When job was done we were so satisfied and we already have seen a difference in our heating bill and have saved us alot of money. Whenever we call we are greeted by Vicki that is very helpful and always gets an appointment for us and is convenient. Connor is very knowledgeable and is our go to person anytime of the day or night he answers all his calls and texts and that to us is why we will and always will use them for any future services. Thank you guys for helping us out and making us feel so confident in all your hard work.

Hector provided very professional service for us. Analyzed the problem with my heating system and spotted problems with duct work where heat was escaping. Looked in multiple areas of the house and gave very helpful feedback. Will definitely get on a twice yearly maintenance program with him. Very knowledgeable guy!

RAS performed a full renovation of my forced air HVAC system, converting from a single unit, one zone system to a two unit, two zone system in my two-story colonial home. This involved identifying and disconnecting all ducts servicing the second floor, installing a second furnace & AC system with new ducts and vents in the attic servicing the second floor, and replacing the existing old furnace & AC. Their price quote came in significantly lower than the company that I had previously been using and it included all of the "upgrades" that the other company was going to charge extra for. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and finished on time.

During the coldest night of the year, our heating stopped working. Called Residential Air Systems and they responded right away. Connor came early and found the problem right away. Of course it also happens to be Christmas Eve and everything is closed but Connor was able to find the motor for the HVAC system. Within picking up the motor from far away everything was done within 2 hours. Christmas Eve and Christmas is saved. Then Hector came to install the part efficiently and now we are with heat. I don’t know what I do without a reliable company like this. They are courteous and professional.

RAS front start to finish did an excellent job. RAS replaced my furnace and water heater with professionalism and fair price. Workers were on time and neat. Vickie is the MVP in the office, very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you RAS again.

We had an excellent experience with everyone at RAS the owner Ed right down to the technicians who installed our furnaces. Ed explained the products available and the benefits of each as they related to our house which was a terrific help. The installation team of Bill, Sean, Scott and Bill were terrific. Not only did they work really hard to get the installation done in one day, they answered all our questions as well as explain what they were doing while they were completing the job. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend RAS.

Great company, fair pricing, super responsive. We had a new AC and furnace installed by then. The guys arrived on time as promised and did a good job. There was a small leak in the condensate pipe which was noticed after the installation guys left the house. Called them to let them know of the leak and Hector came out the next morning and fixed it quickly. Such a nice guy and would rate him 200% on customer service scale. Overall, very happy with the experience with residential air so far.

Doing an addition at house and interviewed multiple vendors for new hvac and replacement of old system - when I met Ed - I knew immediately that his company was the right match - 95% complete and Ed’s team did not disappoint - they came with a team of 7, worked professionally and was full service (meaning they did all vents and ran lines for dryer). I plan on using them for maintenance and would have no issues recommending to family members and others - no brainer

Residential Air is the best! I called late last night with a problem, my furnace stopped running, and they called me promptly in the morning. By 10 am they had diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and fixed it! Connor is a true professional and reccomended ways that I can improve my heating system and gave me an honest reccomendation. All in all, if you are in Essex County, NJ and are having an issie with your HVAC, do yourself a favor and call RAS!!

The entire team at Residential Air Systems, Inc. was amazing! Connor assessed our needs immediately and was able to set up a follow-up installation. The team members were courteous, efficient, and explained everything they were doing to replace and repair the air conditioning system. They all worked extremely hard to complete the job.
