UPDATE: we had a leak in our last bedroom toilet and called Margo again. They came quickly and suggested we needed to replace the toilet and quoted us approximately $1,600. They also suggested we replace our main water valve which connects onto the street. We didn’t actually have an issue with this but they suggested this when they went to check the valve to turn off the water. This didn’t seem right so we called another local plumber to get a second opinion, who told us it was just a smart part that needed replacing in the toilet, costing us, in total including labor, $400. For the water valve, they said we didn’t need to replace it.

In hindsight, we had always thought Margo was good but realised that every job they did, they had only suggested us to replace everything that we had a problem with. They have never actually fixed anything…

We have used Margo a couple of times now and each time, they have done a great job. They are more expensive than competitors but the quality is great. The technicians are professional and friendly. The first job was to install a new garbage disposal because I accidentally broke it with a metal fork. The second was to fix a toilet which ended up needing to be replaced. Both men were quick and answered any questions we had. Would definitely keep using and highly recommend.

As always, the technician was professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do clearly before he did any work. He let me know the price before he started work, with the note that once he opened up the boiler he would let me know if there was anything that needed replacing. Once open he did find a part that was going to go soon and he showed it to me and explained what it did and that it would most likely stop working this year or next. He was clear on the price. I agreed to have him replace it and at that point he gave me the total cost and let me know that the price should not change from that point. He finished his work in a timely manner. When he was done he showed me what he had done and walked me through proper care on my part. He left the space at least as clean as he had found it. I am always very impressed with the work of every tech I've ever had in my home from MarGo, I am a happy customer for life.

Xavier and his team were wonderful to work with. Joe, the owner, made our water heater replacement happen same day and they were all extremely professional, thorough and prompt. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Extremely happy with MarGo. Called for a faulty sump pump and within an hour and a half Xavier was here. Xavier was professional and very knowledgeable! We will definitely use MarGo again when needed!

Over the course of two years I have used MarGo twice, and I wouldn't use anyone else going forward. They do a great job from top to bottom. Worked with two blokes named Dino and Josiah. Both awesome guys. Super friendly, informative and thorough. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

My five ton ac unit died and I needed one installed pretty quick due to the heat and humidity in NJ. I had three quotes and used Margo. Adam who is an installer for Margo gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable. The service was outstanding. They’re extremely neat and professional. Margo gave me and estimate on a Tuesday and started the installation two days later. Really satisfied with the whole process and would highly recommend them!

Where is the 10 star button? Truly, the best Heating, Cooling, Plumbing service in NJ. Hands down. Mike, Adam, Jo, Joe are phenomenal. Caring, dedicated, knowledgable & incredible work ethic. We had MarGo replace our attic furnace and air conditioner, and they did a fantastic job. Mike and his crew were professional, fast, thorough, paid attention to detail, and they always took the time to explain things to me, which was a huge help as this is my first home. Mary on the phone was great, too, for making the appointment and setting expectations. Would recommend highly!
