This company, especially Sue and Adam, were responsive, polite, professional, explanatory, and quick. I wish I could give them a 10. From the time I called, all work was diagnosed, explained, approved and completed within 2 hours. Adam was extremely polite and professional. I recommend this company very highly!

A crew of 3 MarGo technicians showed up at my home on time and as scheduled to install a new boiler and new hot water heater. I would like your ownership to know that these three dudes are a tribute to your organization and brand. They should each be individually recognized and commended for their professionalism. Mike, in particular, has come to my home at least 3+ times and provides the highest level of customer service I have seen from any contracting business. I have used MarGo plumbing a number of times in the recent past and every time you come out, it is a completely professional, courteous and wonderful experience. Yesterday’s work continued in that same pattern. I wholeheartedly recommend MarGo Plumbing to any friends or family if/when they need assistance.

Mar-go plumbing was wonderful to work with. They responded quickly, stayed in touch, Sue from the office kept me notified of all the visits and coordinated all the repairs. Dino was efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. All in all they're a great business

I have been using MarGo for more than 4 years for heating, AC, water heater/sump pump services. Generally very reliable; always clean up very extensively like nothing ever happened.
This year they fixed my gas boiler/radiator heating problem. I appreciate the tech Dino; he did a good job, thanks.

The repair men are very respectful when entering the home, placing shoe coverings on their feet. The work area is always covered with drop cloths and cleaned when the job is complete. Clearly explain all options related to the plumbing problem with prices. A great local plumbing company that either answers the phone promptly or returns a message in a timely fashion!

Extremely professional, nice and knowledgeable! We’ve been going for a long time with air conditioning not working properly on the upstairs levels and they were able to identify the problem and fix it in minutes. I had another company look at it a while back and they couldn’t figure it out! We will definitely be using them for any HVAC issues and maintenance from now on!!!

I called MarGo on a Saturday afternoon for a clogged sink and got a callback right away. They were able to schedule me for Monday morning and arrived first thing. The technician, Xavier, explained every step of the process to me - what they were going to do, what my options were, etc. It turned out to be more than a clog and required replacing an old pipe that had closed up over many years, but fortunately they were able to start immediately and everything was resolved by lunch.

They provided a detailed estimate and there was no pressure to proceed if I didn't want to. But I have dealt with MarGo before and have always been completely satisfied with their work and was happy to have them start right away. Once they were done Xavier once again walked me through everything they did, the price breakdown, and just as importantly he provided advice on how to avoid my sink/disposal getting clogged again. The fact that all MarGo techs are always willing to share advice and knowledge of preventive maintenance, rather than just sell you services after something breaks, goes a long way and is why I trust them and call them first.

First time using Margo Plumbing and experience has been great. We are new to the area and were looking for a smaller company that was local that we could develop a relationship with for our future needs. We used them to do a gas line install and they were responsive from the very first phone call. The tech's name was Dino who explained what he was doing and the process to wrap up the project. He came on time and was happy to talk about the services that this family business offered. Will definitely use them in the future.
