Fantastic experience with Margo. I had a myriad of plumbing issues after I purchased my new home. Mike B came out to troubleshoot and discuss options and he was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up replacing both toilets, installed new water heater, fixed leaks in bathrooms and crawl space as well as venting bathroom, fix piping for washing machine and new dryer vent. This was a full day job so Mike brought Clement who was also great to work with. I had a ton of questions so really appreciated that they could explain everything to me unlike some of the other plumbers I spoke to. Also, everyone at MarGo is incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. Sue in the office was great along with the owner Joe who promptly returned my call when I left a message on the wknd.

We used MarGo plumbing to run a new ice maker line and to replace our house water main shut-off valves which had seen better days. MarGo plumbing offered a free in-home estimate for both cost and for time associated with the replacement and repair. The technician Jesse D. time was extremely knowledgeable with the scope work and highly efficient when it came to getting the work done. We didn't even have to ask the technician to wear boot covers to keep our floors clean, or even ask that the debris was cleaned up. MarGo was definitely on the higher side with respect to cost, but the level of professional service and warranty was worth the extra few bucks. Highly recommend!

Margo is our go to- whenever we are in a bind or when we need expert service and an hour eat opinion. Dino and Josiah were just out here post ida replacing sum pumps- they were quick, friendly and efficient. While the price may be slightly higher with Margo, you can’t pay for trust and honesty!

MarGo does a great job with all of our HVAC needs. We schedule preventive maintenance with them and have never had a problem. They take their time to do things right, are communicative, responsive, and easy to work with.

Today they fixed a leak in out claw foot Victorian tub that had been leaking into our kitchen by replacing the drain pipe as well as the drain and overflow on the tub.
Their work is always pleasant, clean, and they are friendly professionals. We always know that their work will be top notch and it always is.
In particular, our usual technician, Xavier is always on time, communicative, and professional keeping us up to date with all our appointments.

It's very nice to be kept informed with updates from a representative of the company. The day before and the day of the appointment. Another call to let me know that the technician has finished his previous job and should be at my house in do many minutes. The job took as long as expected. A full review of what was done during the maintenance process and how to maintain my heating system going forward. No mess left behind by a very curtious and professional person. Just great service without any headache.

Over the years we've used Margo Plumbing for a few problems around the house. Each time we called, they came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. We were recommended to Margo through our neighbors and aren't disappointed.

Today Xavier did a fantastic job on installing a new toilet for us and fixing a faulty valve that was causing so much noise it woke up the kids each and every night. Added bonus, THEY CLEAN UP AFTER AFTER THEMSELVES! That's really 5 stars isn't it?!

Margo gave me an estimate to replace my hot water heater. The estimate was over $3,600. I had another plumber do the job for $2,800… estimate was too high.
