The MarGo guys showed up on time, assessed the situation, handled the pipe fix and troubleshooted where they could access the clogged pipe. Dino and Xavier could not have been more professional. MarGo is lucky to have these guys on the payroll.

I had an exceptional experience working with Dino today. He showed up early and waited until our scheduled time to ring the bell, very easy to communicate and work with. Dino was knowledgeable and also very patient in explaining everything to me in detail. He also took the time to call and explain everything to my husband so that we could keep him in the loop and make a decision together.

Our builder did a terrible job installing our sump pump so it wasn’t working. Dino figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed/installed a new sump pump for us. I am very happy with my experience and I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

There was, simply, a lot to do in our new (but old) house. The team at MarGo excelled in a number of ways. Firstly, they explained everything that the felt needed doing, and why, in a way I could understand - without being the slightest bit condescending about it, too. Secondly, they were very upfront on the expected time and cost. And, as it happened, during their first day in our house we experienced a death in the family and they continued working but with a lot of sympathy and kindness.

While the whole team was just great I’ll single out Dino P because he was especially good at providing the explanations.

My wife put this best, saying, “They aren’t the plumbers who did this job, now. They’re our plumbers going forward.”

MarGo Plumbing has done various work on my house for years. They have always been responsive, professional, timely, and provide excellent service. Margo responds to service issues as quickly as possible and their various workers such as Adam do terrific work. Standards are high and service is truly professional. I trust Mar Go and have been a customer of theirs for years. Their employees are courteous and have always done nice work and clean up when they finish. Dino P was one of the representatives at our home today from Mar Go and made sure we were happy after the job was completed and if we were happy after showing me all that was done.

I called in the evening and they came out the next morning. They offered to come right then, but it wasn't an emergency. Amazing.

Dino explained why our sink was having an issue. We were given an option to fix it, or fix it AND the cause of the problem. Super!

We had several other plumbing jobs that we were procrastinating on and they were able to handle all of them that day. New water heater, new faucet, fixed bathtub drain. Wow.

The peace of mind that our house's plumbing is taken care of is great. Thank you!

The first hot day of the year and our AC didn’t turn on. I called MarGo and Sue helped me right away. A technician was in the area and was able to stop by. Adam and his assistant, Brandon figured out the problem immediately. I was eternally grateful - my family was uncomfortable in the heat with no air and we finally had relief. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about our systems and put us at ease. I signed up for the heating and cooling plans and I’m no longer concerned should anything malfunction again. I’m grateful to Adam - he’s a real professional.

Joe from Margo was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job installing new pipes, valves, commode, outside faucets, etc. Joe was very professional as was the office staff. Super reliable!! Would definitely recommend them.

Xavier did a fantastic job with our water heater replacement and fixing our bathroom sink. He was incredibly thorough in his explanations and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend MarGo to everyone in the area.

Dino is exceptional. He has fixed several of my plumbing problems and he has always been thorough and professional. Before he would start on the repairs, Dino would clearly explain what had to be done and present options for me to select. He never tried to steer me in any way and would let me decide what I thought was best. When he was finished, Dino took the time to explain what was done and made sure all my questions were answered. I always feel extremely confident that the plumbing work will be done properly and professionally.
