Ryan and his team converted our home from oil to gas (furnace, water heater, and replaced the air conditioner, ran a water line for the ice cube maker and a gas line for the stove) Ryan walked us through the process and answered every question we had in detail. Outstanding Company. Our Hot Water Boiler{Furnace-baseboard heat} finally gave up but at the wrong time, severe temperature drop. Ryan arrived on time for my Sunday quote appointment, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. By Monday Evening; unit replaced, heat on and very grateful for his speedy turnaround time. I will definitely recommend his company to others!!

UPDATE! The company was subcontracted by a real Estate investor in 2020-2021. They did the plumbing and HVAC on the house we purchased in Jan 2022. (1st owner of newly renovated place; It was a "flip" completely renovated 2 bedroom , 2 bath.) The AC system was new when the install took place. Our inspection obviously was in early Jan and the inspector told us he didn't want to turn on AC because it is 30 degrees outside and didn't want to damage the system. Fast forward to June 2022, when we needed to put the air on , the system kicked on but there was no cold Air. I called a local HVAC company , they came out that day and did their testing. They stated there was a leak in the suction and liquid lines going into the handler right were the soldering joint is and there is no refrigerant left. The cost was $270 for that company to come out and diagnose. They quoted me a ridiculous price to fix. I called my realtor, explained the situation, she got the seller involved as well. After a few weeks of back and forth (me, agent, seller and Ryan), Ryan Laverty HVAC and Plumbing decided to come out a take a look. Ryan was completely thorough in his inspection and found no leak. He had to fill the system up with refrigerant. (not sure where it went in the first place, maybe stolen?) Once filled, system was blowing out cold air and worked as it should. We are forever grateful that Ryan come out to our home. ( after the sale of the home, expired contractor warranty and out of his service area).. The lesson I learned from this experience is to get a home warranty regardless if it is new construction or not. Get safeguards in place before you get to closing.

Ryan and his team installed a tankless heater. They were extremely reliable, very neat and knowledgable. The office manager, Stephanie, would text or call to confirm their arrival time as well as getting back to us quickly with any questions that we had. Thank you Ryan for a great job.

Ryan and his team were absolutely life savers to our Lifesaving team! We called trying to find a contractor to replace the HVAC system and Hot Water Heater at our station and he legitimately showed up in 5 minutes from our first call. within 2 weeks the entire project was complete. his crew is very professional and hard working.

more recently we had a issue where the heat wouldn’t turn on. He came out on a. Sunday himself to fix the problem! We at South Toms River EMS highly recommend him and will be using him for all of our HVAC Needs!

Joe and Rich installed all plumbing and appliances in a complete kitchen remodel. They were efficient and professional. Everything was installed and tested properly. They left everything immaculate.

They answered the phone which was nice that I didn’t have to leave a message and wait for a phone call back. They texted me when he was on his way and he got there when they said he would. Went to turn my water off under my kitchen sink and sprung a leak. It was after hours, I called Ryan, quick to respond and get someone out to me that night if I needed.
