Had an electrical issue on my pool pump. They sent a tech out same day. His name was Paul and he handled our issue perfectly. Very happy

I contacted JCM to handle installing a new light fixture that I couldn’t seem to get to work and to repair and look at several electrical outlets throughout my home that may have been faulty / out of code / hazardous and unable to be replaced without the service of a professional. I called JCM at 2pm and spoke with Nick who was incredibly accommodating and assisted me in completing the information intake via phone as he sensed I was driving and unable to access the documents at the time. I was able to have a technician come same day, in 2 hours. I immediately revived a email and text confirmation and I receive another text when someone was on their way. Paul came to my home and provided honest, fair solutions to the issues in the house. He was courteous and kindly cleaned up the tiny mess from the debris of changing fixtures. I was really impressed by JCM and will certainly be using them again for my future needs. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the job Tim and Chis did with the installation of an attic ladder. They were on time, professional and they did a good job cleaning up. The job looks great!! Will definitely use JCM again and recommend them.

After loosing power this morning, our heat never kicked on once the power came back.. I called Dave & he was out within 30 minutes of my call, was able to find the problem, & had us up & running within an hour.. his team has done many jobs for us over the past few years & they have never let us down!!! Up graded service panel from 100 to 200 Amp service. Guys did high quality work. Will use them again for sure!
