We received a quality ductless system for a fair price. They were professional craftsmen who took pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Plus they were very friendly! Jim called to follow up to see if we had any questions and make sure we were happy. We later left him a voicemail that we needed help and he called back immediately. Jim and Tom arrived on time for the installation and got right to work. They made sure that we were in agreement on where to place each unit.
They worked very well together as a professional team.
When completed installation they stayed with us until we were comfortable with using the remotes.
The units work Great, so quiet couldn't tell they were working.
