Called Masi on Monday morning in discovery of a leak and the lady I spoke with was super nice and helpful. They were able to come out same day and fixed the issue! Highly satisfied and will be using them in the future!

Came home to my central a/c not working. After checking a few things, I called Masi Plumbing, based off of consumer reviews here. The person who answered the phone was accommodating to my needs and had a service person here super promptly! The service person was very friendly, highly informative and fixed the issue promptly- and not at a high cost either! Will def be calling them for our needs again, and referring them as well.

The owner of this company is obviously rude and unprofessional. Take a look at all the negative reviews. They all say the same thing: ride and unprofessional. And what does the owner do? He responds to the review in an even more rude and unprofessional way!! At least he's honest and upfront about his rudeness and unprofessionalism!

Igniter in my furnace went off; it is 32°C outside. Part at Amazon costs $16. This place charged me $55, but they had it.
I did not like the fact, that they could not give me quote over the phone from the part number. That should have been #1 warning sign.
I am sure I will not be their customer again.

Very satisfied. Came up with alternative install location for a new sillcock and came in hundreds of dollars less than other company. We will definitely call for any future needs.

In late December 2020 the gas company red-tagged and turned off our furnace because of a strong gas odor on the outside. Masi installed our furnace a little over 3 years ago so we called them to service. This is the first time it required any maintenance. To their credit they were here the next day. The service person was friendly. He "fixed" the problem and we were charged for 2 hours of labor. A few hours later the same strong gas odor outside returned. We turned the furnace off and called Masi. The same service person returned the next day. Before he got here we turned the furnace on so he could smell for himself. This time he found that the vent pipes were force between beams during installation and bent over time causing a "bowl" to form where water accumulated and blocked the airflow. It was installed by Masi but past warranty. He replace the pipes, correcting the airflow problem and charged us for another 2 hours of labor. We disputed the charge because we thought his work from the first visit should have been guaranteed. We were willing to pay for the extra parts needed. We lost that battle and had to pay. The gas smell went away but the work was sloppy and one of the pipes was leaking some water. See pictures. We called Masi again. Less than a week later they sent someone else out to fix the leak. Up front they told me I wouldn't be charged this time. If they did I would have called someone else. It has only been a few hours but the leak seems to be fixed. They didn't do anything about the purple stuff all over the pipes and told me there was no way I could wash it off. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Trying to be as fair as I can I give them a below average rating.
