When my HVAC system broke down, called Elite Heating and cooling, and the owner came down within half an hour to inspect. (The other HVAC repair companies I called gave me an appointment for the next week). Elite Heating and cooling owner diagnosed the problem and explained the issue to me clearly. A draft inducer motor had to be replaced. My HVAC system was 15 years old and it was due. Also did an annual maintenance on a subsequent appointment.
