We recently had a new boiler installed by Townsend Energy. The entire process went very well, from the initial meetings right thru to installation. All preliminary questions were promptly and professionally answered and the installation team of Matt and Lee was exceptional.

Water was not getting hot. Fast, friendly service call found and fixed the problem.

The technician Peter was super friendly and knowledgable. 10/10 would work with again.
