Just bought a new home and asked Townsend to come clean furnace just to be sure all was OK, Got a call yesterday they had an opening and came a day early, tech found a couple minor issues and corrected them, answered all my6 questions and gave great advice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! What more could you ask for?

Great service. Came by in minutes (less than 10) for no heat and back up and running in no time.

Horrible customer service. Came out 3 times and replaced parts. Multiple Technicians, each said different things were wrong. Took pictures in my house without asking permission and thought that was ok and normal to do. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I just had an on demand generator installed and Townsend did the propane hookup, I was very impressed with their professional services. Great job.
