Drivers a extremely rude . They block public roads so vehicles are unable to get through . There office people are of absolutely no use. Cars having to turn around almost leading to multiple accidents on a tiny road .

Always been very happy with Townsend Energy/Federal Heat. Staff is personable and knowledgeable. And thorough.

This company is awful. Don’t do business with them or they’ll Pee in your driveway

This is where I get my oil from not too bad

I have NEVER in my life dealt with a more difficult oil company. The customer service is atrocious and argumentative. The woman who answers the phone is much less than helpful and challenges you at the drop of a hat. I am not even a customer of theirs nor would I ever be. I am also working towards establishing my mother in law (who is elderly and without heat) with a more understanding and accommodating oil company. Entirely disgusted and will also be filing a report with the BBB. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Mr. Mike Welch of Townsend energy was fantastic at taking care of my oil burner when it stopped working this was at 100am on the coldest day since last winter, he was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant to talk with. I hope Townsend Energy gives hima big thank you from my wife and I. (Maybe a raise might be in order for him...)
