I've used Paul Jerry for 12 years. Responsive, competent professional, personable..... no trade is cheap! Highly recommended.

I give 3 stars because my call was returned promptly and Brad went right by my house the next day to troubleshoot the garbage disposal issue. He flipped a fuse in my fusebox and removed a Lego from the disposal. He was there no more than 5 minutes and I received an $85 bill. There's really no charity with this business. I would've understood like $25 or $30 for time spent and gas but gosh idk how people expect to get repeat customers. I could never own a business because I would've told whoever not to worry about paying me a dime to do something so simple but hey that's just me. What do I know?

Brad and Jim from Paul Jarry installed a thermostat and a new replacement dishwasher for us. Overall, we were very pleased. They showed up on time to give us the estimate and were also on time for the installation. They did a very fast, neat, and professional installation, and did it just as we asked. We needed some initial electrical work and they recommended a great electrician, who also showed up on time and did a great job. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Paul Jarry Plumbing and Heating, and am about to ask them for a quote on another job!

WOW! They exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Paul Jarry Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and they connected us to a good one. From the first call to the work they performed everything was professional. Brad and his co-worker (sorry didn't get his name) arrived on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was performed in timely manner, they used precautions (covid) with masks, etc. Brad explained what they found, what they needed to do and got to work, everything is perfect and back to normal. I would highly recommend them and you are missing out on a truly great plumber if you don't use them. Thank you Paul Jarry and keep up the great work. We will be calling when we start doing some more work inside the house.

This rating is from my mom, who recently had work done from Paul Jarry. He was very professional and did a great job installing her water heater. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty, meeting the inspector several days later at her house. While he was there he noticed the sink faucets weren't working and decided to fixed them. All around genuinely great customer service at a very reasonable price.

Paul and Brad did a great job. My kitchen faucet was leaking and they told me how to get the parts for free from the manufacturer. They also fixed a leaky water pipe in my laundry room and ran a natural gas line to my backyard for my grill. It took less than two hours, was very affordable, and they are even helping schedule the inspection for the gas line. Couldn’t ask for more and I would definitely hire them again.

It's always a good experience. They are honest; lets me know what's happening what I have to do or what I can wait on. Had our kitchen redone 6 years now, and got a free sink lol. They installed it. Had to get a new Central AC, and he installed that also. That was two years ago. Not had any problems since . I have had other services like broken outside faucet, etc. I get a yearly inspection on my furnace too. Give them a call. You wont be sorry.

Paul Jarry did a great job moving my main stack and hooking up to a new sewer outlet from my house, were reasonably priced, and did great work. They coordinated with the contractor putting in my septic and everything was done as promised and as scheduled. Great experience!

I hired this company to install an outside water faucet on the rear deck of my townhouse condominium. Brad installed unit, which worked fine for the first year. I cannot speak highly enough of Brad, who was very professional, accommodating, and is a fine plumber. When the unit developed a huge leak, I left a message with the company to have Brad return my call, as I felt he would back up the unit. Unfortunately, the owner returned my call and explained that if unit was installed over one year ago, he would not back up, period. I asked if he would consider looking at the unit when in my area at his convenience and consider charging me for the parts only and waive the housecall fee. He gruffly replied, "And why would I want to do that." I replied with some levity, "Out of the goodness of your heart." He continued on that too much time had gone by and abruptly ended the conversation. This job cost $185 and the leak is such that it has flooded my cellar w/water. I have had to hire someone else to troubleshoot the problem. He has still not been able to correct after his first visit. Would not use or recommend again after this poor experience.

Had them come by to fix our hot water heater. While they were at my home they were also able to install a new sink, and hook up my washer. Great quality work and very fair pricing.
