I am a first time customer. Day one was to service my oil-fired furnace. During the servicing Mike found an issue that could be a problem during the winter. The next day they submitted a quote, found the items needed to correct issue, came back to my house and fixed the problem. WOW!

I've two hot water heaters.. both failed in the same week.. 17 years old and due to be replaced. Called some local plumbing businesses.. The only one that actually answered the phone was Absolute Mechanical.. Very professional and helpful.. came out to check out the problem the same day! Then believe it or not.. replaced both hot water heaters the following day! Unbelievable.. Very knowledgeable took the old ones away. Job was very neat and Kevin patiently answered all my questions. I also highly recommend Absolute Mechanical!

Short: The guys I worked with were cool guys, Kevin was very responsive and helped out with the MassSave stuff. No issues so far and the inspector had nothing to say aside from 1 or 2 things that were a nice to have but not required, so they went above what was needed.

Recently I swapped out from Oil to Natural gas. I was planning on using a MassSave HEATloan and was recommended to use AMS. I called them up and scheduled an appointment. I met Kevin and he scoped out out my house and made up a quote for me for a new boiler + hotwater tank and also a new heating element for my kitchen. Kevin showed me the rebates on the equipment from both MassSave and the manufacturer. Fast forward a few months (Nat Grid had to run the gas line to my house) and there was a quick gas piping install for inspection before the boiler. This took about half a day and I made a request part way though to add a T section for a future outdoor natural gas grill, he just went right on with it and added it for me. Skip forward another month (waiting for inspection, nat grid, and my vacation) and a team of 4 or 5 showed up to install the new and remove my old equipment. All in all, everything went smoothly. I have natural gas heating and hot water, t sections for growth, inspection has no issues, and all the room for activities with all that old space eating equipment gone.

This past winter we lost our water heater in the evening; the top rusted to the point that water was able to escape and began flooding the basement. We called Absolute the next morning and by that evening they had removed our old water heater and replaced it with a new Rheem tank-less water heater. Losing hot water in the winter is horrible, but Absolute minimized the impact to less than a day. They prioritized our 'emergency' need over their regular maintenance work and it was greatly appreciated. I have heard good things from others in the area as well. Will definitely use them in the future for any additional heating or plumbing needs.

Mixed experience. Outstanding on split duct installation. Oil burner maintenance, sometimes goes well, other times not so good (maintenance service broke its previously fine operation). Could use service, again, and but find I'm now apprehensive.

We got tired of putting ugly window air conditioner units in 6 windows every year. After speaking with Kevin and Cindy Gorgoglione we decided to get a quote for a couple of split units. The crew showed up and were courteous and cleaned up their stuff on the way out. The units are quite and require not much for maintenance other than cleaning out a filter every now and then. Also the big bonus is that I don't have to start the pellet stove on those in between days when it is a little cool. The units are supposed to be able to work down to 20 degrees F which is a bonus. And we also got a 1,100 dollar rebate.

I recently had Ryan (technician) come do an oil fired furnace service. Ryan was on time, polite, tidy, and carefully explained the results to me. I highly recommend Absolute Mechanical, they are a professional and attentive business to deal with.
