Great service and professionalism. They explained our options and gave us recommendations. From me calling them for an appointment to look into my problem to install it took 2 days.. it doesn't get any better than that. Especially with the weather we are having.
I will definitely do business with them again.

This business is well run. I was referred to Kevin by Corey the plumber. Kevin spoke to me very frankly which I liked. He treated me like I would want to be treated. I felt he was honest. The company had our oil tank replaced in 1 day. Saved me a ton of money and will definitely be using this company to install a bunch of split systems in a few months. Highly Recommend.

These guys where able to come out on my dirt road to fix my furnace after two days of no heat and just a walking path up my driveway. I couldn't appreciate these guys more. They are better than the usual company we go through. They where knowledgeable and willing to help get us up and running.

Returned home after 4 days of being out of town to find our heat was not working and temps were 25 degrees. It was a Sunday evening at 9:00pm, and these people were the only ones to respond for emergency service. The technician came to the house and we’re able to fix the issue which was a valve. So grateful we found them. Very professional and responsive.

After having a problem appropriately diagnosed by my usual service provider when it came time to replace the faulty part the estimate was followed by sticker shock. After some quick research I decided to shop around. Luckily I found Absolute. They provided a much more reasonable replacement price/cost... In the end we ended up saving hundred$. Thanks Absolute. Strong work!

Have used them for my water heater since I moved here approx 4 years ago. Last time they were out, they charged me but never actually fixed the problem, as it kept tripping with the same service code, only less frequently. Then they refused to come back out today when it quit working entirely, because payment from the last service (which they didn’t do right) was delayed. Granted, I didn’t call and tell them there was a problem because they are a pain to deal with, so I’ll give them that. I did ultimately pay them, it was just untimely out of frustration. Moving on to today…It was actually a blessing they refused to come back, because that meant I had to get someone else out here today. It turns out I will need a whole new water heater because of buildup of soot (despite absolute’s claim they cleaned it last time). This water heater is only 7 years old. The guy I had here today said he’s been doing this for 15 years and never saw something like this. It’s worth noting that absolute also installed the piping to ventilate and prevent this issue. My heater is now junk because of the poor service it’s been receiving for the last four years from absolute… I wouldn’t trust them to service a bbq grill never mind a heating system your home depends upon!!!

I have had great experiences with Absolute Mechanical. They installed my HVAC system with a Hybrid Heat Pump/Gas Furnace and I've had it for 5.5 years now and I still like the system. I have had a couple small things come up, which might be typical with a system over a 5.5 year period, and Kevin is always very responsive. Shawn and Shaun did the majority of the work on the installation and were great to work with. Carl came out and serviced the system at one point and was respectful in the home. A great experience overall for sure.

I contacted three HVAC companies for a replacement of my existing heat pump system. Company A: supplied a quote on the spot and I next received a follow up that I should order now because of price increases in August. Company B: quote received within one day - discount if I signed before end of month. My experience with Kevin at Absolute Mechanical (family owned business) was excellent. Kevin came out examined the existing installation, we discussed several options regarding equipment capacity, warranties, and cost of ownership. I graded all three bids using the following criteria: Quality of Equipment, confidence in the company personnel, and price. Hands down Absolute came in on top. Installation was scheduled and they arrived on time, Crew was professional, courteous, and completed the installation by early afternoon. I then had an inspection of their work, a tutorial on how to program and use the thermostat and later a follow up call regarding my experience. Even though other companies carry the same equipment, the deal maker for me was the personal interaction with the folks at Absolute Mechanical.

Had a new furnace and AC installed. Great service and went out of their way to get it done before we moved into our new home. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. If you need HVAC work I highly recommend them!!!
