Overall our bathroom remodel was a positive experience. The salesman, Brett, was very thorough and professional with the planning process and communicated extremely well and in a timely fashion throughout the entire process. The job took a bit longer than expected to schedule the work, I guess that's the new norm these days. They did not factor in adequate time initially for completion of the work, which contributed to some finish (detail) work not being done to our satisfaction, BUT they were extremely responsive to our concerns and worked to schedule a return visit, where they addressed ALL issues to our complete satisfaction. The work crew was professional and courteous and worked diligently during their time here. They were conscientious about protecting the area and cleanup at the end of each day. Several weeks later I discovered a minor issue and TCC was immediately responsive to address the situation. Special kudos to Trevor who was a constant throughout the project and clearly takes pride in his workmanship and ensuring customers are satisfied with the work done.

Overall we are pleased with the results. They seem like they are trying hard to improve their processes and hope they are successful. I would recommend them with the advice to be clear on your expectations and having it in writing and communicate clearly any concerns along the way.

I have been very pleased with my TCC experiences! I called them last fall to give me an estimate on a new bathroom and gut of old bathroom to half bath and laundry in my 100+ year old house. Brett was very thorough with his site visit to write the estimate and answered all my questions. I went ahead with the project this past week and couldn't be happier. Trevor, Casey, Jeff, and Josh arrived promptly, worked throughout the day, answered my questions and updated me on their work, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was scheduled for six days and they were able to finish in four. The project involved the building of a new wall and drywall work. Trevor did an amazing job with the drywall and wood working including matching the trim! I will be contacting TCC again for further projects.

Bathroom upgrade - The workmanship was great and the materials were fine with the exception of the fan light. We were told the fan was quiet - it was not.
But the big problem was that from the day our 3/4 bath was complete less the glass shower enclosure, it took 14 WEEKs to complete. And, yes, the shower was unusable all that time.
I requested financial consideration multiple times with no success.

I have had TTC out to my home for various jobs . Each technician has been awesome, great bunch of people to work ,communicate with. They cleaned my furnace this past fall for the first time, was the best it's run since I've lived here.

We ordered a total bathroom makeover and getting the items in took a lot longer than expected. When they showed up to remodel the bath, they showed up most days around 9 and were gone by 4 or before--they didn't get the right things and I had to go to Home Depot to get the correct things, the wiring was done wrong ( I Have since had an electrician come and fix it and I paid for) the shower holders that were caulked to the corners are coming off, the faucet is coming apart, they did not put the flooring under the vanity all the way so you can see wood--they left end of June with the 4th of July weekend coming up and it took 2 weeks and I had to hire the electrician to fix the bath so we could use it (Electrician tells me the wiring was wrong and had we tried to use it, probably would have started a fire!) ---Certainly NOT recommend this company--Not good service and they try to do things they are not qualified to do--like electric and plumbing--(I asked that when I hired them and was told oh they know what they are doing) Not hardly Extremely disappointed with the whole process and certainly would tell others to beware of this company.

This company is expert in the installation of a heat pump central heating and cooling system and a heat pump hot water unit.
I will recommend them for the value of systems and the professionalism of their sales and installation people. I am recommending them to a friend who wishes to install the same or similar central system.

We purchased a mini-split heat pump system and had it installed 2 years ago. The installation was excellent and the product itself is also excellent. We are extremely happy with the unit we purchased and wished we had done so sooner. Provides an amazing amount of heat in the cold weather and cold in warm weather. The only reason I am not giving my experience 5 stars is because we were told we would receive a no charge follow up service call in one year to clean it and check out its operation. This has not happened and I suspect it will not. This review request is the first thing we have received from TCC since the installation was complete. Seems to me that having spent $7k for the mini-split that the company should do what it said it would and pro-actively contact us for the no charge service call. It is a small thing, but I expect people to do what they say. So in summary, installation was great, product is great, follow up/product support is poor.

TCC contacted me after my initial review and immediately scheduled my no charge annual cleaning which was sompleted on June 21st by Dominic (not sure of spelling). He did a very thorough job and I am most pleased. Thank you. Also changed my review to 5 stars.

The technician, Rudy, who provided the maintenance service arrived on-time. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend the company and, in particular, Rudy’s service for anyone with a mini split system.

We had an initial contact with TCC in 2022, and they sent out a tech for the estimate and measures. However, I followed up twice but TCC replied that they don't have the manpower available at the moment which is quite disappointing.

When I call 'em, they arrive as scheduled. They do the job, they clean-up, they send me a bill. How much better do 'ya want it to be.
