The team at Happy Heating and Air are true professionals. From the initial quote to the final day, they were a joy to deal with. The entire crew was polite, clean and considerate. We had our heater and air conditioner replaced. It cost less than estimate and took less time than what we were told would take. Thanks Matt and the team.

These guys are amazing. I called them at night time during a snow storm when my temperature in my thermostat would not increase. The owner called me back right away and we troubleshooted the system to try and get me by for the evening until they could get to me. They had a crew over the next day earlier then explained “which was fantastic”. These guys were communicating what they found and what they were going to be doing in the next steps of work. They recommended some things to be done that they were seeing. I went in the attic to look and they showed me what was going on and we got them fixed. Should be good for some time. System working great and couldn’t be happier. Googled and talked to about 5 different companies that have spendy marketing and these guys buy all means blew any of them out of the water from my past experience. Smaller company but I believe this way they can focus on more details in each job. I will always use these guys for my properties and personal home in Northern Nevada.

What a great small town feeling of professional service. We had our hot water heater replaced by HAPPY heating and air. The tech showed up on time ready to go. Put a parts list together. And showed up the next day, And we had hot water that evening. I would definitely recommend this company.

Happy installed a new gas furnace and central AC in March of 2021.
I waited until now; to make sure the AC worked in summer heat, to make my review.
Both the AC and furnace work fine.
However, the furnace has a very noticeable tilt to one side. The base on which it sets is level.
Also, they had to come back to properly strap down the gas supply line.

Impressive company. Matt is honest, Kevin was on time, courteous, did an amazing job of installing a new heating system in just a few hours, and left everything clean. Highly recommend this company.

Came out the day I called. The tech, Kevin, was friendly and explained what he was doing. He got my heater back online and gave me good advice/info.
