Excellent service by DeMarco! He answered all my questions even when I asked "why" questions.

He did a real good job with the maintenance and diagnosis of our AC unit.

Called them to fix a leak, tech was here at the beginning of the time window and took time to get my issue fixed right. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to his next apt. Which was really nice.

Our technician was on time, friendly, and all around awesome. We even signed up for their annual maintenance program because we were so impressed. Highly recommend!

The appointment was within a day of my call and DeMarco arrived at the designated time. He was very friendly and went right to work to check our AC system. He inspected the units, added freon and was completely finished in about 30 minutes. The fee was reasonable. So far all is running well and we are happy with the service! I would not hesitate to call them again and will recommend Powell.

Perfection. Our AC stopped blowing cold air suddenly and Powell came out to our home almost immediately. (One week+ wait with other companies) Our technician Michael was amazing. He talked me through every step he was taking and the reasoning behind it - a true professional. I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service and cannot recommend them enough!
