My heater stopped working New Years Eve day. I called during a larger winter storm when I knew they would be busy. Within 2 days of calling, a tech was here looking at my heater. He quickly told me what was wrong, gave me an estimate to fix the problem and told me how long it would take for the part to arrive. In the meantime, he found a cheater part he was able to get quicker. He set up a new appointment, installed the new parts and fixed the heater. He was professional, polite and helpful. He showed me the damaged parts and explained the new parts. He informed me of a membership Cool Breeze offers, so I could get preventive maintenance on my heater and AC unit throughout the year. Before the tech left, he confirmed everything was working properly. I am very happy with their customer service.

Try to rush through the work in one day when it should actually take about two days. They had to come back and fix a variety of things including my ceiling and draining noises from the back of my washer.There has been a subtle rattling noise in the ceiling above my bedroom formonths that I feel that won't get fixed because I hear it when it's quiet in the dead of night. I'm supposed to have a one year membership where they service to twice a year. I have an appointment scheduled. I haven't received a call confirming the appointment or heard from them since I would not recommend this company.

Just had Kyle visit my home to do a maintenance on my older a/c unit. It was so dirty and when Kyle finished it was sparkling clean. Kyle was professional, courteous and efficent.

They overcharged me for 2 electrical parts, I was charged 400$ I looked online and found the same exact parts that cost 50$ for both,I called them a few times they said they will call me back, no one called back,I Do Not recommend this company.

My heater was blowing cold air in the middle of a snow storm and I called Cool Breeze for help and was immediately given a home visit the next day for repair. Dustin and Kyle came to the rescue. Very personable and professional young men quickly evaluated the problem and returned 1 1/2 hour later with parts and finished the job in 30 minutes! We are warm again...ahhhh. Thank you kind gentlemen. I will recommend your company to all who ask. 5 stars in customer service. 5 stars in repairing my heater. 5 stars PLUS in a speedy job...well done!!
