Century Air

Century installed a new refrigeration unit for my wine room. Petros and the entire team did a fantastic job.

Now days it's very hard to find genuine people in any industry, but when we talk about HVAC there is only 1 guy I can think of is Mr. PETROS. He is an awesome technician, full on knowledge, experienced, punctual, trust worthy and very honest. You can count on Century Air 100%.

We had our air conditioning installed and very happy about it but we faced an issue regarding the monthly service plan. My husband sent a check with the technician and I found out that the information, routing and account number, was used as confirmation to automatically do an ACH withdrawal out of my account each month; therefore, I didn't allow for any excess money in this account this month, Just Right Air did a ACH withdrawal which caused my account to be overdrawn. When speaking with Emily, she indicated that their office tried contacting my husband multiple times and had no response. Just because your not able to contact the homeowner doesn't allow your company to assume that this withdrawal is ok. There were other ways of contacting my husband such as email or regular mail. This should not have happened which caused us to do alot of unnecessary research of our Financial information. A signed consent of authorization is required when withdrawing funds from others accounts.

I would like to thank Century Air! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year...119 degrees. I called and received a recording saying that the quickest way for a response is to text. I text and received a response within 10 minutes. They were out the following day as requested and we had cool air in less than hour! Thank you!

Always beats other quotes - competent work. Often does a simple fix or check for free / cheap. 3 houses and a business - worked with him for about 2 years now. I don't get other quotes now, just him. Good guy.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They were a life saver in the middle of summer, AC went out and they saved the day! Put a fix in to cool down the house and came back a few days later to replace the unit. Top notch service!
