Needed a water heater pipe replaced that was connected to the recirc pump. Carlos arrived on time first thing in the morning, replacement and repair completed in a timely manner. Great service!

We we're suddenly using 3x the usual quantity of water so we called techcool to help identify/rectify the problem. Responded quickly on a Saturday with a tech. He went through the usual checklist of possibilities and soon found the problem with a running toilet. Juan Garcia the tech was polite and efficient. If we ever do need significant work done in the future, we'll certainly call Techcool.

They were able to locate and repair my issue within a few hours. Carlos remained to make sure everything was running smoothly and even called to check back in the next day.
