Everyone is so nice and genuine. From the first time they installed my new unit to continue to service, I appreciate their concern for me as a person. I hope others continue to rely on Sun Country for their needs.

We are SO HAPPY that we contracted with Sun Country (Sun City) HVAC to install our completely new Trane HVAC system. Their sales consultant, Mike X. was very helpful and their install technicians were like a surgical team-highly organized, professional and cleaned before leaving. We replaced our 21year old Carrier home builder installed system because it could not maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer heat any longer, the condenser and furnace blower made noise and the compressor was ready to fail. After getting quotes from several competitors it was crystal clear who I was going to choose, the company who answered their phone calls, came out to visit the site and actually enter the attic to review the system, and suggested ideas to make it work even better than before. We had a poorly designed plenum box that had so many connections it was impossible to provide proper air flow. Sun Country designed and installed a new plenum box, redirected some flex ducts and made the air flow 10x better than before. We even selected the Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and my house smells fresh every day with no lingering food odors or musty/dusty smell. I can honestly say they were the best price for the quality of equipment, labor and customer service I received. Great job team Sun Country (Sun City)!

I have never written feedback on any company before, but I feel this is has to told. If you don’t use Sun City you risk being overcharged. Tuesday 8/30 my A/C went out. I contacted the first company who worked 24/7. Elite came out, messed around a bit, then said I needed a whole new A/C system. 11k!
A co-worker recommended SunCity who came out, on 8/31, very professional, diagnosed that I just needed a new “motherboard’, $589.00!!!! A/C works perfect. If you don’t go with SunCity, you will be very sorry.

Sun City was very professional. Sheri that answered the phone was very nice. She got someone out right away and Carlos Castillo was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. I had an overall great experience.

“Ray and all the other Techs arrived on time. When I first called with no A/C, they sent a tech out right away and got it started and let me know I will need a new unit. It went out over the July 4th and on July 5th they were out putting in a new system. They were able to replace the A/C and furnace quickly in one day. Before they left they verified that cool air was once coming through the vents along with cleaning up.

I had a wonderful experience. The people in the office were very friendly and efficient they came out to see me quickly to see what my issue was. They gave me options as to what I needed. They explained everything. They were able to work with me on my schedule. They showed up on time. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing air-conditioning services. It is an expensive job and I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. I recommended them to two neighbors already!

Great company who installed a full ac system at my house in a little more than half a day. No bs or haggling about prices. The owner picked up the phone on a Sunday and came out Monday and was a straight shooter with prices and when. Ive called multiple companies around the area and they would refuse to at least give me a guestimate. Also I respect that they do not work with lower end brands such as Goodman. Installed a Trane system and it works great in this 100 degree heat. The workers were professional when Installing and didn't leave my place a mess. 5 stars for sure and I would highly recommend. Found this company after numerous phone calls with many HVAC companies in Vegas.

I am so grateful that Cameron Wilding from Sun City Heating and cooling which I highly recommend figured out the reason why my unit wasn't blowing cold Air. The First tech from another company Air Supply tried to scam me. He put too much refrigerant in my AC that caused a weird sound, he said my compressor was not functioning properly that I need to replace the AC and furnace which will cost me $11,000. He did not mention in the invoice that he added refrigerant Thank goodness for Ring Cams it shows he added way too much refrigerant that caused my AC to make that loud grinding sound . A second tech came out from a referral. This tech took out some of the refrigerant out . The temperature inside my house was from 78 to 90 during the course of two days.He replace the txv valve and still no cold Air. I even mentioned to him that perhaps it needed more refrigerant and possibly he took more out. He ignored my plea. 6 days of living in 90 degree temp inside my home we had to purchase a portable AC in one of the rooms. I already spent $400 hiring two incompetent techs, and spent $380 for a portable AC . We had to stay in one room just to cool off using that portable AC. I finally called Sun City Heating and Cooling. They sent Cameron Wilding one of their Techs. He figured out what was wrong base on what Air Supply tech did and the second tech did. My AC was under 100PSI The first tech put too much refrigerant , the second tech took out a lot of refrigerant . Both recommended to replace my unit. According to Cameron from SunCity my AC and Furnace are fine. All it needed was the right amount of refrigerant. Now the temperature inside my home was from 90deg to now 78. Thank you Sun City and thank you Cameron. I was only charged $267.00 way less than the first tech quoted me $11k and the second tech quoted me $3800 to replace the unit. SunCity Heating and Air have amazing 5 star reviews. They have great work ethics, honest business practices, professional, and knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend sun city heating&cooling install techs were very professional took care of business left my back yard as clean as it was when they got here I got 6 estimates from different companies and went with them no regrets at all the removed my old a/c replaced it with new one and new thermostat very happy with the job

After 3 weeks of having no ac and dealing with my home owner's warranty to no avail I called Sun Country heating and ac. All I can say is Wow. Alexis had Mike come out the same day I called and I decided to purchase my ac from them. The tech Cameron even came back to offer me a cooling unit to use until install. Two days later Brian and his crew were at my home first thing to install my unit. From the first call to the install this company was professional and efficient and friendly. They treated me like family. My thanks Ray. You have a great bunch of people working for your company. Sun Country has another loyal customer.
