Needed some help with my new thermostat. I was not seeing sufficient voltage in the thermostat wires to use any of the new WIFI thermostats. After trying 2 different brands (including Nest) I called John @ Pro Tech Air. He came to my house on the same day and corrected all of my problems for a very fair price. Nice to do business with someone who knows what they're doing.

Our 20+ year old air conditioner died at the end of June and I was out of the country on business. John at Efficient Air was the contractor of choice because he was the first one to look at the house and get me an estimate, was very competitively priced, and sounded the most trustworthy over the phone. I made the right choice because in a day's time, the crane was at the driveway, the old unit was removed and a new unit was up and running. Highly recommended.

12 degrees warmer❗️I was told that It was less expensive and more efficient to replace the outside unit with a better, a more efficient one with a longer warranty. I would have only done better had I a more powerful space heater for the one Frigid night I spent.
