Full 10 marks to them for their highly professional attitude. I am feeling very relieved that finally, I got someone whom I can trust blindly for my servicing my heating system or air conditioning system.

Polar Air is the gold standard for service and knowledge. They were quick to the job and never made me feel like I was taking them away from larger and more profitable opportunities. Their team explained things that made sense to me and made me feel comfortable that the money I was spending was worth it. They have an excellent field crew, office and leadership team. I will use them for all future mechanical needs and only recommend them to family and friends.

I can not say enough about how well this company performed! I would highly recommend them, and I am super picky about who I use. Their customer service, including the ladies answering the phone and the technician, Don, was phenomenal! Do not hesitate to use them. Very honest too with fair pricing!

On the initial phone call they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When they came out to verify what I had and needed, they were again helpful and professional. There was NO high pressure or even medium pressure sales pitch...just information. They did a great job on the installation at a fair price. I will be recommending friends.

Called for a quote on Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday morning between 8-10am. Received a quote that was hard to believe. I was expecting that when they arrived i would find that there would be additional charges.! I received a call at 8:05 am telling me that the technician should arrive within 20 minutes and 15 minutes later they pulled up to my house. The technician and his coworker were very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. They provided me with a full report of the condition of the unit and suggested annual maintenance but made no attempt to have me commit to any other service. No up sells and great service at a fantastic price. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who has a need for air conditioning service.

I Love Polar Air! "Memo" looked to see if he could repair our
A/C, before telling me it's better if I bought a new one. My A/C was
16 yrs old, and the compressor was shot. Memo helped me to get
low-payment financing, with no interest if I paid it back on time. And the new A/C unit is excellent. We don't have to run a fan. They even
loaned me their professional ladder, so it would be easier for the city
inspector to get up on the roof. The employees at Polar Air are wonderful.

Our furnace was working intermittently and I called Polar at 9am. By 1030am the same day, they had a tech on the way to the house. It was 59 degrees inside. By 11am, it was up to 68 and working correctly. Just needed the flame resin cleaned off. They didn't charge for anything other than the service call, which was $30. I highly recommend. Finally a service company in Las Vegas that's prompt and most importantly HONEST. Thank you Polar!!!

We have been a long time customer of Polar Air and today they did a superb job as usual ! We had to go out of town today and our a/c broke and need to be replace . we called Polar air last nite . They came out at the set upon time . Arranged great financing up for us to receive a new unit and had the old unit removed and replaced with new unit within 3 1/2 hours . We are now able to leave knowing we will be able to come home to a cool down house . We have been long time customers and will be customers fir life !!!! Great job guys !!!

Holly is fantastic. She knew exactly what I needed and scheduled her team to be at my house to work in tandem with some other guys to put in a complete new HVAC system. They arrived on time and took care to protect my home and wood floors. Very professional and wore masks when speaking with me. I appreciate that concern. I don't think I've ever had anything this major completed with such efficiency and professionalism. Holly called me this afternoon to follow up and check how it went. The pricing was fair and reasonable too.
