I HIGHLY recommend Polar Air. This is likely the most honest HVAC company you will find.

The original air conditioner in our 23 year old house went out at 10pm recently and I contacted Polar Air knowing the unit needed to be replaced. Don from Polar Air showed up first thing in the morning and immediately got the old unit running while we discussed replacement options. This is where Polar truly shines. Don (and the entire company) operates a truly honest business. Don went over all my options (from most affordable to most efficient), didn’t not push any unnecessary add-ons and sent me a written estimate while we were standing in my garage talking. I had a second quote from another company in town (who had more than 650 positive google reviews) that was more than DOUBLE Polar’s quote for the same system.

Needless to say, I was impressed with Polar and went ahead with a new system. The very next morning, Polar arrived at 7:30am and began the removal of my old unit. All technicians were highly professional and courteous. Polar replaced my AC unit, evaporator coil, and furnace and had completed the job by 3:30pm. Polar had to cut a hole in my drywall to run an additional wire and promptly sent out a drywall company to repair it (who did an absolutely amazing job).

Polar was not pushy, was honest and did an incredible job with our new AC system.

I also referred Polar to a colleague of mine who had been told she needed to replace her entire system. Polar went to her home and inspected the entire system and advised her that, while the system is old, it is working perfectly and did not need to be replaced. In the summer months in Las Vegas any other company would have seen an opportunity for a desperate customer to pay whatever the company wanted. Not polar. This is the best company in town without a question.

We recently contacted Polar Air after another company that came out on a Saturday had originally said that they could install a new HVAC system the following Tuesday after our 21 year old system decided to quit. On Monday (the day before they were going to install) they called and said they could not come out until Thursday. This was unacceptable as 110 degree weather was forecasted, and the house was already at 91 degrees. I then called Polar Air that same morning and they actually came out that day at 12:30 in the afternoon and stayed until 9:30 at night to complete the job. They were amazing, highly professional, and installed a higher level product for a reasonable price. I would defiantly use Polar Air again and would recommend them to anyone.

Memo inspected my old ac/heating unit and it was time to get a new one! He was extremely nice and professional. The process was easy and the installation was the next day. The entire crew was efficient and timely in completing the job. I am so happy I finally decided to get this done, as summer is coming soon! Thank you Memo and everyone on the Polar Air Team! We arrived at our vacation condo and found that the thermostat had quit. We needed quick service. Polar Air responded right away to service request. The technician Daniel did a great job explaining the issue and installed the new thermostat and took the time to check out the complete system. Very reasonable pricing for quick service. I highly recommend them!!

After receiving several quotes for an HVAC system install we decided to go with Polar Air & Heating Inc. Memo Gonzalez spent a lot of time with us going over the best fit for our house. We received a detailed quote the same day which was significantly lower than Polar Air's competitors. We agreed on the price and Memo scheduled the install within a few days. The installation crew was very thorough and professional--and was supervised by Memo, who made sure everything was perfect. We have a very large house and they had to move some ducting in the attic--not a simple task. We now have 3 icy cool variable speed Lennox systems--very quiet and extremely energy efficient. If you need HVAC in Las Vegas ask for Memo at Polar Air. He is friendly, technically proficient, and responds to email, text, and calls immediately. Easily five stars for this company.

I had to replace 4 HVAC units this spring. The Polar Air professionals were excellent from the estimate to the installation. The project was started within a few days, even though they were really busy during this time. They even checked out and serviced three of my other units as part of the install job. They found out that one of the three was not working properly and I decided to also replace it. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement.

We had Polar Air come out and they did a great job in getting are heat fixed. They where professional, put on booties and made sure they cleaned up everything after they where done. We had another company out 3 times before we called polar air and they would fix it and it would work for a day or two and then die. Polar came out and fixed the furnace and it's been a month now and we have had no issues!
