My heat did not come on and of course bad timing . My neighbor told me about Polar and they got a seasoned rep out asap. He went over. thermostat and explained about wall unit in mobile home and about filters..being we used to live in house I completely forgot as my mom died. He told me filter to get and was kind and thorough..just charged the $30 service fee. I would highly recommend Polar and with all the stress we are all going thru it was refreshing to get quick and accurate resolve and not get ripped off. I would highly recommend..Thank you Polar!

As a first time air/heating purchase, I had a lot of questions. Not only were they patient with my questions, but they were informative, affordable & quick with installing a new unit during the heat wave. I am very appreciative of Polar Air!

I shopped around for a new efficient AC/furnace overhaul and Polar beat the rest. Their installation crew was amazing! They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job with the amount of work required. The system is up and running and I couldn't be more happy with the installation!

Called in the morning to get a second opinion. They were able to get someone out in the afternoon. Don called and came at promised time. He inspected the evaporator in the attic that was said to be leaking in 3 places by another AC company. He couldn’t find a leak! He then went on to inspect the compressor outside and showed me what his gauges were telling him—— that there was NO refrigerant left in our 6 year old compressor!!!ALL 10 lbs of refrigerant gone into thin air! The AC was working just fine before that!

I don’t usually write reviews unless the company or service is exceptional - Polar Air is just that! First, they are very friendly: you don’t feel like they are doing you a favor by answering your call for help. Second, you feel like they genuinely are in the HVAC business to help people - not sizing up your A/C or heating issue for how much money they are going to make off you. Third, they are on time or early for your service call! And the techs are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to thoroughly investigate what might be the problem and fix it. And most importantly: they don’t gouge you with an inflated repair bill. Amazing!!!

I never write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Polar Air that I decided to share.
I decided to replace my 16 year old air conditioner before it failed in the Summer.
After researching different brands Lennox became my top choice because of their efficiency. Polar Air is an authorised dealer which gave me confidence in selecting them. I set up an appointment for an estimate with Memo who is also an expert technician so he was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation.
The installation went smoothly. They came on time worked neatly and cleanly and left everything in working order. I felt like I got the best air conditioning unit for the best price and the best installation. What more could you ask for?

When I spoke with Polar Air, they were unbelievably helpful, even calling me back with an unbinding estimate (since I had the specific information regarding my current unit). Their prices were/are NOT to be beaten, and they did the onsite evaluation and estimate AFTER I decided to book them. The final price was right on target with both estimates, proving their honesty by not hiking up the prices after the fact. The installation of the new HVAC unit (AC & heater) was booked and completed within days. I am THRILLED with Polar Air & Heating Inc. GREAT service, GREAT prices and a pleasure to do business with. After receiving quotes from 4 different Polar was the winning bid. There was 1 company that was close and 2 that were completely out of the ball park, including the one that Costco recommends that sells the exact same product as polar. Very disappointing considering I do everything through Costco including purchasing my vehicle because the deals normally can't be beat. Anyway I called Polar to set it up and they said they were a little booked out how is Saturday at 8 AM. At about 2 minutes before 8 here comes a Polar army. Every person had their own job and it was impressive at how well they operated. The job took most of the day and when finished Guillermo explained everything about how the system works. Very professional and just ecstatic with our new split level energy efficient Lennox system. Absolutely recommend this company!!!

If you want my opinion about them. I would like to give them full marks for all the services I got from them. They never disappointed me and charge a very suitable price for their work. They indeed believe in maintaining a long-term relationship with their clients.
