Last summer Polar Air installed a new a/c unit on my house. Last night it quit working about midnight. I called and was told that the tech. would be at my house between 2 to 4 the next day. Polar Air called at 8 am and the customer service rep. said thy would be there between 10 and 12 noon. The tech. , Carlos was at my door at 9 am and had the unit on line by 9:30. That is fantastic in these times, where just enough effort to get the customer to shut up is the norm. Great Job Polar Air and Carlos!!!!!!!!

Polar Air changed out my entire HVAC system. They were very professional and did an awesome. I was surprised on how quick and experienced they were, and when they were finished my AC worked amazingly well, especially compared to what I had. Polar Air did a wonderful job removing my 25 yr old HVAC system and installing my new Lennox system. They were courteous and took protective measures to my home when hauling out the old equipment and installing the new. They got everything done in a day when others told me two!
