Several years back we used Polar Air for twice a year maintenance until we discovered our home warranty covered this. Well this week our unit started on fire when we turned on the heat. Our warranty tried to deny us coverage. I called Polar and spoke with Kayla, not only was she polite and professional she sent me my invoices and then taught me what to say to get my unit covered. Kayla didn't have to take time out of what must be a very busy day to help me but she did. I am happy to report with Kayla's coaching we are now getting our HVAC covered by the warranty companywith a new unit.

10/10! Came out the same day and did excellent work. Tech. Don was very friendly and informative. Was going to use my home warranty for the system check but they wouldn’t have shown for a week and were going to charge $75 no matter what. Polar air was quick and easy!
