I own multiple properties throughout Vegas so we have worked with several AC companies. We are very familiar with pricing and repairs needed on AC units.

Josh and Mr. Cool is THE most honest, responsive, reliable and cost effective company we have ever dealt with. Mr. Cool has saved us countless times during the blistering Vegas heat and not once has he tried to upcharge us. My experience is that they are focused on getting your AC repaired ASAP without any unnecessary BS that other AC companies try to sell us on. A good gauge of their work would be that they are rarely back to the same home to perform a different repair. That tells us they repair things right the first time! Pricing has always been great for us and we only wish other service companies were as great to work with as Mr. Cool.

I've never left a review before but its certainly necessary now. Joe Perez with Mr Cool is now my AC guy for LIFE! Super nice, professional and everything was reasonably priced. He went through options that best met our plans with the home and I couldn't be more happy!

Absolutely the best price for any repairs. I had one of the larger AC repair services do a tune up on my unit. Turns out my condenser fan motor was starting to go bad and overheat and not last much longer. They wanted an outrageous price to replace the aging motor. I called around and Mr Cool offered the lowest price (more than 50 percent less) than larger services. They were fast and extremely professional.

Mr Cool Heating & Air conditioning installed a wrong part and charged me $450.

My AC unit was making loud noises, and the company sent a technician to check it out what was wrong. So the technician Antonio told me it was my fan motor needed to be replaced for $450. So I agreed to replace it. After I paid and changed the fan motor my AC was still making noises like before. Then I had other companies came out to take look at it. They told me it was something else needed to be fixed and it has nothing to do with my Fan Motor.

I called the MR Cool Heating asking for my money back and willing to return the fan motor back to them. The Owner Josh with a horrible attitude called me Crazy and said I am on drugs. He told me he will not give my money back. So PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!

During a repair to my AC unit Nick noticed some unattended gaps that allowed the airflow to circumvent the air filter and addressed it, now my AC works more quietly than before, in my opinion he went above and beyond what was needed and agreed for and I really appreciated it.

Two thumbs way up for this company. When American Home Shield didn't contact us after several calls I decided to look for help outside the plan myself. The A/C was out and temps were in the 100s... Tolerated one evening of misery then called Mr Cool early Saturday morning. They were able to come give a Free estimate within 1 hr!
After getting the okay from our landlord a new fan motor and capacitor were installed and the A/C was humming an hour or so later. Competitive price. Serviceman Antonio was friendly, professional and courteous. A very awesome experience all around.

If you're looking for a reliable, professional, & great HVAV Company Mr. Cool is the place to call. They are always on time, affordable, and reasonably priced. I manage a residential property and have relied on Mr. Cool for many years and I have always been very pleased with their work. The company owner Josh has his customers best interest in mind!

I have zero complaints. I got next day service, arrived on time, no BS got straight to work and fixed the problem. Price was more than fair and was a massive life saver. I have 2 babies in the house and if it was going to be a long wait for a service call I was going to need to get a hotel until the problem was solved. Mr Cool will definitely get word of mouth advertisement from me as well as be my first call for any future needs.

Unbelievable. I thought I needed a new systems I called Mr cool. They came out and Nik said it’s a simple wire and he fixed it and minutes and didn’t even charge me. Professional and friendly from the office to the tech If you have an heating and air prob CALL MR COOL

You can tell this company really cares about their reputation and customer satisfaction. They were quick to respond to my call and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had for the work I needed done. Work was finished in a quick and professional manner. It’s nice too because it seems that they are a smaller and more focuses business and things are handled in a direct manner versus having to talk to a bunch of different people in different departments. I would recommend to others and plan to use Mr. Cook for my future HVAC needs.
