It’s hot in Vegas, my a/c went out with a newborn, they originally told me they would come out in 2 days. The clerk heard my tears through the phone. She called me back and they were able to come same day. The tech was fast with the repairs at 10pm.

Quick diagnosis, needed materials were on hand for a quick repair of our AC unit. Technician, Alex, texted before arrival and came on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.

They came on time as scheduled. The service was fast and efficient. My A/C had a leak, they repaired and filled with freon.

ALEX CAME OUT THE NEXT Day And we were told need a new motor but it was only loose wires. All of air filters perfect and cleaned with the exact amount of filters in placed. I will use ALEX IF EVER NEED BE AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR ALEX!

Arrived between times promised. Quick in diagnosis of problem. Had parts on hand to repair. Price was reasonable. Only complaint is the service charge for using credit debit card. Uses zelle but no other internet payment options. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I received.
