I’m thankful for Mason’s honestly.
I’m truly hurt by Mark and Louie for putting in the wrong fuse and causing my unit to constantly pop a fuse because they felt it would be better to put in a much stronger fuse than the unit can handle. I’m also hurt from the last technician whom said he done work to my unit and it turned out he did not once the technician can to my house and noticed nothing. I've trusted Fire and Ice because I trust Enttroda whom was the only person I would call. I hope to always get Mason if there is any future problems.

Ive never dealt with this company for repairs thank god. But dont hire them if you care about kids. One of their drivers sped threw my apartment complex and when confronted staryed yelling and swearing. Ive never expected someone in a uniform to do that, but to literally be brought to the point to write a review is something else. Shake my head at this company and the way they deal with people. So if you want a whole bunch of thugs ready to fight, over anything working in your house and around your children hire these guys!!!

We have used Fire and Ice on multiple occasions and each time they were prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable rate. Great company, will use again.

If you are African American do not apply to work for this company do not do business with this company at all if you are African American. I graduated from Hvac repairman school with 92% GPA and I know of other graduates who GPA wasn't as high as mines. These graduates were hired on the spot I was told by a representative of my school to go to Fire and Ice that they would hire me on the spot. I went to fill an application out I was dressed professional. I gave them a copy of my certificate my EPA certification and my diploma no one came to speak to me and even though I was told they need tons of people i was the only one that was not hired from my school. By the way the other graduates were Caucasian. I was also told these graduates that are hired wore shorts and t shirts on their interviews when hired.

I had a Plumbing Emergency last night on my property and I called Fire Ice and they were able to sent someone at 11:45pm immediately, I was surprised with the velocity that they came and repaired the broken pipe .so glad I called them and now my building is back to normal thanks to this amazing plumbers.

Chico was wonderful helping us get a slab leak repaired over the weekend. He and his guys saved the day.

This was not an easy installation. It was 105 outside, and they were working in the sun. Further, there were electrical issues, probably beyond their responsibility, but they took care of it and got me up and running. (Did I mention it was 105?) Guys are heroes.

The one located in LA is extremely unprofessional! The dispatcher/answering lady doesn't know anything about the company and just takes notes. I told her we were located in Vegas and she had us waiting for 5 hours before I called back and asked what took so long. She then stated that she has to call around because she doesn't think they are located in Vegas. How do you not know? I googled the one located in Vegas and it gave me the number located in LA. I only knew that because she had another man (guessing the owner out in LA) call me back to confirm that they were located out in LA. Thanks for wasting our time!

Do they even do their job, no. Let's start with customer service. It's terrible if they happen to answer their phone at all. You would think a company like this might be more understanding. The staff here is immature and incompetent. Go somewhere else to get your hvac needs. Most of the the 5 star reviews on here are probably faked by the joke of a company
