Fast Affordable Air | AC Repair

I just got my new ac unit installed with Fast Affordable Air. Jason Booker had great customer service he showed up ontime and explained the unit to me. I would highly recommend using them!

Came home on a Friday evening at 6:30pm to my downstairs AC unit blowing hot air. Called Fast Affordable Air and had a working unit by 9:30pm same night. WOW!! From Anna in the office scheduling so quickly to Nathan coming from across town and assessing the situation, having the part in the van and getting it installed and working within an hour or so, I can’t give enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!! I have had work done before by the owner, Tom Browne, and had wonderful service then as well. I highly recommend this company!!

After a weeks of back and forth with our home warranty we called them to get a breakdown of what was needed to make our heat work again. James was in the attic for about 20 minutes. He came down with a list of problems that someone had created. Suffice to say we were not happy. He gave us an estimate but mentioned that there may be more problems once everything is back together and he could run more tests. He predicted it. The heat turned on but wouldn’t stay on for long. There were other issues. James fixed everything the next day and the heat is still working. We are customers for life.

A true life saver! I called fast affordable air during my break at work and was scheduled with a same day appointment. With this alone, I was thrilled because I was literally melting, my kids were becoming antsy and my pug was tired of the heat. The lovely lady who answered the phone to set my appointment was a gem, the technician Nathan was very communicative from the start. He took the time to show me what was going on, educated me on what to look for going forward should my issue occur again, and was very honest! Best of all, he fixed the issue and got my system back running! Time to return these fans I bought online thinking I would have to deal with the Vegas heat. I’ve dealt with some pretty shifty ac companies since I’ve lived in Vegas and to be honest this is the best experience I’ve had and the most affordable. I highly recommend.

We have left other reviews for Fast Affordable Air before. This year it has been hit and miss with our air conditioner. We thought it was time we get an all new heating and AC for our home. Fast affordable air gave us an estimate for a new American Standard. We got 4 other estimates and their price and warranty were better. Angie helped us arrange financing which was very nice for our budget. The new heating has been working great for a few weeks now. Thank you.

Our regular ac company told us it was time to replace our heating and air conditioning then told us the price. We decided to get a second opinion. Fast Affordable Air came out and gave me a free estimate. They went over each brand and option they install. We decided on the Bosch 20 SEER. It was nearly the same price as the other estimate for the 14 SEER. Thank you Angie for your help to make this happen.

Used Fast Affordable Air for a free second opinion after the company my home warranty sent out wanted $2000 for refrigerant. Nik was able to diagnose that the system just needed to thaw out and that there was no need for refrigerant.

The fact that they were able to come out in a couple hours of notice for a free second opinion was amazing. The detail that Nik took spending time trying to find out what could be wrong with the unit when actually nothing was wrong at all with it created so much trust for me in the company. If I have any issues with my AC in the future (knock on wood I don’t) Fast Affordable Air will be my first call over my home warranty.

I’ve had bad experiences with other HVAC companies in the past and was apprehensive when my unit wasn’t functioning properly. Eric assessed the situation and had me up and running in no time.

Mike is very smart and good at his job. He explained everything I needed to know when he gave me his estimate. He told me to take as long as I needed to decide what to do. These are good people to have in your corner. I chose to replace my heating and air conditioning unit because the price was affordable. The new AC works great.
