My AC unit went out we called A home shield and they linked us with Exellence Air which was the best thing they could have done. They came same day my AC unit was frozen they couldn’t do anything but did advise what to do to get it going. We did it and it worked perfect. Later that night my upstairs unit went out. They were on there way home my wife called the rerouted and came by to fix the issue. GREAT COMPANY GREAT PEOPLE.
