These guys a great!! John the service manager was there the next day when the back A/C unit on my home wasn't cooling properly. Both Verdan and John were both very friendly, professional and prompt. And the price was fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone..

Once again Vardan had to come out to fix what previous companies sent by American Home Shield were not able to fix correctly. Vardan’s service is top notch. It took me a few phone calls with AHS to finally get him dispatched to my house since he is in high demand, but the time put in was well worth it. He is super easy to get a hold of, arrives on time, and gets the job done right. Please give him a call for all your heating and cooling needs.

Got my 40 year old HVAC replaced today. The service, knowledge, attention to detail to make sure it was installed properly are beyond amazing!! I highly recommend to everyone!!

Our house air conditioning unit was out on Sunday. I requested for services through my home warranty company (AHS) online yesterday. I had to pick a company so I checked reviews on yelp and found Excellence Air. Our schedule was for today 12pm - 3pm.

Vardan & his coworker arrived today at 12:41pm to fix our A/C. They checked the breaker and replaced what was needed to be replaced. Everything was done by 1:10pm. No extra charge. We tipped them & gave them drinks because it is very hot in Las Vegas! Vardan was very attentive, answered the questions I asked and professional throughout the time that he was here. Thank you Vardan & coworker for an Excellent Service! We are enjoying the cool air now. Yay!!

They were polite, efficient and thorough. They resolved the problem by repairing my AC.

All I can say is WOW!!! John was not only professional and prompt, but his attention to detail is off the charts. He found 3 mistakes that a previous company made and not only informed me of them, but fixed them right on the spot. I highly recommend these guys.
