Nate was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight to the point. He didn't try to sell me a system regardless if my units had incompatibilities, rather he figured out a workaround to get my AC system working.

Not only that, he had countless random wires to work with but he didn't give up until he found the issue. He fixed a 3 year old issue in less than 3 hours, got both of my smart thermostats working when 2 other Technicians could not solve the issue.

Nathan Ellsworth came today on an emergency service for my rental property. He responded to my message within a few hours and was there a few hours after that! He said someone turned off the breaker.
