Boss Plumbing & HVAC

Their plumber was at my house to replace a leaky valve, he did his job, and I ask for a quote to copper cap the hot and cold waterline, the work probably would take less than 10 min, as the field is all open, he doesn't have to do anything else, just plain copper cap the 2 line, he quoted me $250. I know he can quote whatever, but the fee is outrageous, that's why he doesn't get the work. I went to Home Depot, they got me 2 compression cap that would serve the purpose for less than $10.

Jacob's the man. He replaced my faucet quickly and made solid recommendations on what to do with other issues. They seem like a very honest company with the customer's trust in mind. I'd definitely use them again.

No one ever answers the phone I’ve called the company and the owner and still nothing. When i finally got ahold of someone, the lady I talked to was seriously incompetent of doing her job. She couldn’t even answer the simplest questions I had. Took them days to have someone come out to take a look. And I still have yet to receive an estimate of the amount of cost for the repair. Like if you don’t want business then just say that. Instead of wasting peoples time.

Benny and Tito are fantastic. They are knowledgable, professional, courteous, hard working, and take pride in their work. They diagnosed our problem, explained everything, answered all of our questions, and delivered outstanding workmanship and quality. They provided excellent peace of mind. I hate plumbers. They usually try to scam you like a snake oil salesman, but not Boss. Everything went legit... Strait forward price that was lower than the other two estimates and great they did great work. Impressive.

From beginning to end, my experience with Boss was fantastic! The girls in the office were very accommodating & polite. Benny came out to my townhouse to shut off the water to the building & ended up doing the repair for me. He was honest, efficient & informative. I would highly recommend Boss Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. They will be who I call from now on.
