Waited 4 hours for tech to come out. Priority call due to water heater breaking and water through out garage. We had to call back and even though this is considered a priority issue we’re told someone would call us in the AM to schedule an appointment. Poor customer service - would never recommend this company.

Chris came out on a Sunday and installed a new water heater for us after our ours broke. Great service and fast install. A+++
